I loved how in the micro SD card, the seller included video tutorials on how to operate the pen. Although the pen came with a micro SD card, I highly recommend purchasing one that is of better quality. I’ve tried recording using the memory card provided, but I’ve found many of the files to become corrupted for some odd reason. Its a hit and miss. In addition to this, the memory card is full but it cannot be erased nor formatted because it keeps saying that the card is "read only". I am generally very good with technology and can easily figure out and fix things. However, it took me some time to get the hang of using this item and then to no avail.
