I made a point to ask it had a safety release cat I made a point to ask had a safety release catch. Since this is required of me in my uniforms since I work in mental health. I was told that it did happen to safety catch. Yet when it arrived it is a continuous solid link chain that I cannot wear to work. So while this is a beautiful piece it’s useless to me and I am either going to have to gift it to someone who works in a non-mental health facility or just not wear it at all for the purpose that I wanted to wear it for. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Not 34in *by E***E on Reviewed in the United States on September 14, 2018* This is really nice lanyard but it's not 34in. I tried measuring in every way to give the benefit of the doubt but unless I count the length of the tree design twice it's not 34in. I wish the little pendants were not able to fall off so easy, they need to make the little rings a solid ring so the pendants don't fall off. I had 1-3 pendants fall off or go flying off when I try to unlock or lock a door.
