Sunny Health & Fitness Manual Walking Treadmill Non-Electric Treadpad

I bought this after failing with various different motorised treadmills. I am heavy and just under the the borderline of the weight limits for most regular motorised treadmills (not the heavy-duty ones) and time after time they blew up on me after around the three-month mark following 5-day per week, average 40 mins per day useage. Opting for a machine that has no motor has definitely been the way forward, and having used motorised treadmills at home and in the gym for around 25 years now, this definitely gives a much harder workout, as you have to put in all the work and the machine belt won't move unless you do. There is no assistance from the motor so much more effort is needed. I am of above average fitness with strong leg muscles, but I really needed to get used to the new muscle groups that were engaged using this mechanical unit. An extremely good buy and highly recommended. In response to some of these reviews, the incline seems high at first if you are used to a flat bed, but it is not really and is easy to get used to.

It’s slope provides requires extra endurance. It doesn’t need electricity. Holding on to the handle gives a workout on the arms too. Distance, time & calories are shown on the display. All in all a great treadmill. I’ve dropped a star because it’s quite heavy but does fold up so can be stowed away.

It came with about a million pieces however my husband said it was very easy to put together. Its bigger than I thought, very sturdy and seems well built. Very quiet when in use. The incline is quite steep I thought for a walking tredmill but I'm sure Ill get used to it the more I use it. Seems like good quality for the price

I was on the fence with this item but took the plunge. It isn't too bad - it makes you work harder than a standard treadmill due to the friction and permanent incline. You have to hold the handles ever so slightly to maintain movement. You can attach yourself with an exercise band per YouTube videos but it didn't work for me. Holding on isn't a major deal breaker for me. The issue I had was the belt kept going to the left. I followed the instructions to the letter for adjusting this but it would not go central. I therefore sent it back. I may have kept it were it not for this. It's cheap, cost nothing to run and is basic. Not for running though. Perhaps I was unlucky with the belt.

Nice machine easy to set up reasonably easy to use and makes you work just has good has a motor machine.

Incline is way too high and you must hold the handrail otherwise you go flying off. Even after tightening the belt to the max you still need to hold the rail. If you’re looking for something to use just for normal walking this is not for you. Very uncomfortable and gives you bad posture. It’s also extremely heavy for being manual and quite loud so not ideal for a flat.

This manual treadmill is sturdy and quiet! It's on incline, so one can have actual training, it's easy to maintain the slippage of the belt, overall I am very happy with this purchase. Great value for money!

It's perfect for getting a 20-30min brisk (inclined) walk each day. Enough for a decent satisfying workout or to work up a sweat, and to stay physically fit and healthy. Only issue I have is every now and then something rattles for a few days near the front, then it goes away for a while before doing the same again for a period of time. A bit annoying. Instructions from different places seem to contradict each other on how often to lubricate it too. But make sure to buy some lube - you'll soon need it. Seller was quick and helpful too.

Facile a installer et utiliser. Vraiment ideal pour le rangement interieur. Aucun regret.

The assembly was a little bit tedious, and yes, 2 persons are needed for the job. Step 1 was tedious because the spanner could only turn the screws a little bit each time. Step 2 - joining the vertical supports to the base was slightly confusing until we figured out that we needed to lift the base. Step 3 - not included ! Step 4 - had to be a little bit more careful not to damage the computer sensor wiring of the handle bar when attaching it to the vertical supports. In general, instructions were clear, and tools and screws are provided. The base was already oiled for me, so I did not need to do that step again. The moving belt responds to my walking motion, and I can stop anytime, but beware, sudden stop is not safe, as you can lose your balance. Big strides also not so suitable because the feet can hit the end of the belt behind you. I think I need to adjust my walking pace and stride length in order to use this equipment safely and efficiently. I think I will do a gentle short walking session for the time being. Quite happy with my purchase.

Small but terrible for losing weight and for maintaining a good body shape. I like the fixed inclined, really good for walking and for jogging as well

Tenia mis dudas si comprar esta caminadora o una electrica (Seria mi primer caminadora en casa). Por el precio compre esta caminadora y me encanto. Caracteristicas: (Ya con bastante tiempo de uso) 1.- Los materiales se ven resistentes. 2.- Facil de armar y no ocupa mucho espacio. (Tambien se puede doblar para almacenar) 3.- El aparato para medir la distancia, calorias, velocidad, etc. Es muy simple y fragil, pero cumple la funcion. 4.- Tiene lugar para descansar del ejercicio y para apoyarse con las manos. 5.- No tiene lugar para poner una botella de agua u otro accesorio. 6.- No es muy ruidosa. 7.- La banda es de buena calidad y se puede ajustar (la dureza) nivel de resistencia, aunque es un poco dificil aprender a ajustarla. 8.- El unico mantenimiento que requiere es aceitarla (El aceite viene incluido) y es facil de aplicar. Posibles puntos a tomar en cuenta a la hora de comprarla. 1.- No es electrica, asi que uno tiene que ajustar el nivel de resistencia de la banda. Al principio me resulto un poco complicado ajustarla, pero le aprendes el truco y una vez que la dejas lista ya no tienes que hacer a nada. 2.- La caminadora tiene una inclinacion que puede hacer dificil su uso las primeras veces. (No es plana y no se puede cambiar ese ajuste) Lo Bueno de esa inclinacion es que en realidad estas haciendo mayor y mejor ejercicio. Pero quizas no todas las personas puedan dominarla (Por problemas de rodillas por ejemplo) 3.- (No lo he intentado) No creo que este hecha para trotar o correr en ella. Pero la simple caminata normal es mas que suficiente para hacer un buen ejercicio.

NAtürlich ein recht einfaches Gerät. aber4 es funktioniert. NAch 90 Meilen Spazierengehen fängt es an zu Knartschen. auch ohne Einölen der Gummiunterseite läuft es so leicht, dass ich die Hinterseite etwas erhöhe, um den Steigungswinkel etwas abzuflachen. Aber laufen könnte man schon. da nur durch den Steigungswinkel das Gerät funktioniert - ist halt ohne Strom - lässt sich dadurch das Tempo reduzieren. Günstiges Gerät, meiner Meinung seinen PReis wert; für das Günstigste darf man eben nicht zu viel verlangen.
