I purchased the Agaro head massager, and overall, it’s a great product! It works really well and gives a relaxing experience. Initially, my unit wasn’t charging, but Rahul from the tech team was extremely helpful—he quickly identified the issue and arranged a replacement. The new one works perfectly. Excellent customer support and product quality from Agaro!

The Agaro massager is one of the best investment I have made. It’s very effective, smooth, easy functions. It have good battery life as well - i charged one time and using it for 3 days. I will also quickly mention about their support team as well - I had one issue with my first massager but the team (Indrajit) offered instant replacement. So - go for it.

Stopped working in two weeks. Doesn't turn on at all. It was okay while it worked. But something that cost this much is expected to work at least for 6 months. I had registered a complaint through the online portal and received an e-mail acknowledgement. After waiting for a week, I called the customer care. The call would connect and get dropped with an automated voice asking if the problem has been solved. Executives will attend the call and disconnect midway. I didn't give up, I kept calling and finally they registered a complaint and also mentioned that the e-mail system is not supported, that I haven't filed any complaint. Then I received a call from an executive, he sent me a video on how to properly connect the charger and clean the leads and asked me to follow the video. He wanted to close the complaint immediately. I did not agree to closing the complaint. After the useless video, I had to make a video explaining the dead device, showing how my outlet works, but the device doesn't light up when the charger is connected. Finally they replaced the product. That looks like a refurbished item and I am not sure how long that is going to work.

I am happy with my Agaro product. The quality is good and it works as expected. I faced a small issue, but the customer support was very helpful. Rahul Gowami handled my complaint patiently and professionally. He listened carefully, explained everything clearly, and resolved the issue quickly. I am very satisfied with the support I received. Thank you, Agaro, and special thanks to Rahul Gowami for the excellent service.. Overall, I am satisfied with both the product and the service. I would recommend Agaro products to others.

It is very useful product for hair massage. It is speed control. These product is not invaluable for money. It is easy to use. Power of the product is not to high or not to slow but it is useful for hair. Thank you AGARO for the great product it is amazing machine in the world 🌎.
