If I just take 1 it's not as bad but not the clean energy I'd hoped for. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The combination of NR and TMG sold me! *by on Reviewed in the United States 10 June 2023* I learned that to get the best potency out of NR or NMN you should take it with Betaine, also known as Trimethylglycine or "TMG". NR & TMG work well together because NR-induced NAD+ production requires the use of the methylation process, a process that TMG can support. NR and TMG together offer one of the best ways to activate and maintain the healthy function of our anti-aging processes. So I thought "Oh great, more pills I have to take". Then I discovered this brand of NR which not only has the optimal dose of NR (1500mg) but the TMG as well, with a nice dose of Resveratrol which is David Sinclair's protocol (actually Trans-Pterostilbene which is thought to be a more bio available version of Resveratrol). Note: The efficacy of Resveratrol in life extension has been debated for years and Sinclair's promotion of the molecule for this purpose has been scrutinized as he is largely responsible for the the science touting it's benefits and he has a financial interest in promoting the molecule.
