Organic Yellow Taco Shells, 5.5 Ounce

These taco shells were very tasty and very easy to bake. They’re definitely delicate, but I don’t think that alone explains why about half of mine arrived completely shattered. In my case, the bigger problem seemed to be the way Amazon packed the shipment. These really need to be treated almost like glass: placed in a box, protected with adequate cushioning, and packed so that the other items in the shipment cannot shift around and crush them during transit. My order did not have that level of protection. Had they been packed more carefully, I think they probably would have arrived intact. So I don’t really fault the product itself. The shells are fragile, certainly, but they’re also scrumptious. I would gladly buy them again if I could be confident they would be packed appropriately for delivery.

This is hands down the best hard taco brand I've ever tried. After taking it out of the oven it was so nice. It really brought out the corn flavor so nicely. Only brand for me now for taco night. Don't skip the few minutes Iin the oven if you have the time its well worth it.

Only 1 was broken, but it was just 2 pcs. Taste is good, but alittle shy flavor. I will still buy these. They're 4.5, but we can't do that

i wanted this to be five stars but i decided to rate it individually. TASTE: 5 stars. FUNCTIONALITY: 1 star. see notes for detail. VISUAL: 1 star. see notes for detail. NON-GMO: 5 Star. NOTES: 1: I ordered 3 boxes. all the boxed appeared not to have any damage. when i opened it up, not one taco shells where complete. they were all broken into a pile of mess. i could not use them for tacos as they were. 2: the shells themself, the thickness were paper thin. because of that even a small handling of them would shatter them. i figured a few of them would have broken in delivery but not expected them all to be. they looked like someone sat on them. too small of pieces to even make a taco salad with them. CONCLUSION: i would even except the thinness of the shells if they remained intact. the taste was good but because of my issues with them i ended up tossing them out. all three boxes. will not buy again.

Good shells, low sodium. A little over priced

These are by far the best store bought taco shells I’ve ever had. They surpass them all, including the blue corn type, which taste like cardboard in comparison to these. They’re so good I break them up and add them to salads or just enjoy them alone with guacamole. Clean ingredients. They’re well made but you need to eat over a plate because they’re crispy and tend to break, but once you get the hang of it, you’ll be good to chow!

These shells are delicious- crispy and chewy at the same time. Just make sure to bake the shells longer than you would the regular shells. 8-10 minutes at 350 degrees makes them perfectly crispy but not too brown.

I always prefer organic when it comes to corn but I usually expect to pay a higher price. I was pleasantly surprised at the price for 12 and they were great.

...I wish they were just a bit bigger. Can't get much for fillings in each shell and I do like loaded tacos!😏 Flavor is very nice, with just a hint of lime. I heated them on a cookie sheet in a conventional oven for about 4 minutes at 350F, worked fine. Don't over- warm to avoid getting too crispy or burnt. They have a slightly chewy texture while still crisp at the same time. The package I got was fresh with a good BB date; and with one broken shell so not too bad in that regard. This is the first place I've seen "organic" taco shells, which is why I gave them a try. Glad I did.😏 Organic is always my first choice. Helpful votes are always appreciated! These Organic tacos are great. No broken pieces, in fact I have had worse from a grocery store, which if you think about it is delivered the same way as Amazon. Product taste great and it's Organic, no complaints here!

I really appreciate that these taco shells are made from organic and GMO free corn as I will only purchase those products and it is hard to find. I prefer the blue corn shells but lately Amazon has neither in stock!! Please bring them back!
