I didn't believe the Creatine hype. But its real. Firstly, I eat a lot of chicken. So my idea was that my creatine intake is fine. But apparently I was wrong about what 'fine' means. Fine to survive, but not enough to thrive, I guess. This supplement has improved my physical and mental stamina. I've been taking it for around 8 days. Now in a day I'm learning multiple subjects, making notes, lifting dumbbells, walking 10000 steps. When I think deeply I can keep thinking without fatigue. When lifting dumbbells, I can lift more number of times. Where is this feeling of energy coming from? I did some reading about the energizing effects of Creatine on the mind and body. There is a whole science behind it but I don't want to post it here. But, I will leave a word of caution here: DO NOT mix Creatine supplements with alcohol. By that, I mean, completely avoid alcohol if your body has this supplement. There have been mice studies which showed accelerated liver damage when Creatine supplement was taken with alcohol.
