Works Well
For the low price point, this is a nice & sturdy, portable printer for basic 8.5" x 11" black & white only printing. It requires using a somewhat cumbersome app for each print-page, that takes a little patience getting used to using. In order for the printer to function, the document pages you are going to print need to be uploaded into the app !!!But the prints are fine, no smudging. I bought extra thermal flat (& perforated) paper, since the paper roll it comes with keeps the printed pages rolled-up after printing.I bought it to use for printing sheet music, but i've used it for other documents also. It has a C-cable that i just keep plugged in, as there is no Power On/Off button. It's a sturdy, small, basic, light-weight / portable device.

Easy to use and high affordable!
Thermal Printer was delivered quickly. Easy setup, I was printing within minutes of opening the package. Very portable and easy to follow instructions. It came with a free thermal paper roll inside which is great. Downloading the app was super quick easy as well. After setting up the paper roll and app, I did a few test print and it came out dark and bright. Prints fast! I would recommend this printer to anyone who needs to print on the go! Greatest part is it needs to ink!

Perfect mobile office companion
This little printer has been an excellent addition to my mobile office. Combined with a mobile scanner, I can do pretty much everything I could in office at any location. The size means it fits well in my normal office bag without adding too much weight.Pros: Small, simple, efficient, no ink to purchase, paper is stored rolled inside, easy connectivity, prints words just as well as my inkjet, battery life is great.Cons: A little noisy, expensive paper (offset cost though), needs a case, little grainy on printing B&W images (expected, this is not its purpose), bit slow (but again, you aren’t printing a book with this).Main Points: Easy to carry and transport. Simple to set up. Can be charged using a normal charger (unlike my scanner from a more expensive company that can only be charged via computer!!). The battery seems to last forever; I never ran out of power trying to print. It adds an awesome ability to my personal work. The only thing I really would have liked to have with it is a case. The teeth for tearing the paper stick out just a little bit and might catch if you have a fuzzy bag. The cost of the thermal paper is of course higher than normal paper, but this is offset by the need of no ink cartridges. Additionally, since there is no ink cartridge, there is nothing to dry out. So, this can sit in my work bag for weeks without use and have no concern with turning it on and needing to replace an expensive ink cartridge. Printing text with this is just as good as with my inkjet (see images). Now of course it doesn’t print gradients as well, but that’s not the use for this. For printing text it is just as good!Overall if you need a printer you can take with you and use remote or mobile, this is a nice addition to any mobile office!

Unable to turn off battery dies
I want to love this product but I am having issues with it. The battery dies easily. The power button does not work properly. After I turn it on it is difficult to turn off so it stays on till it dies. I have to keep it plugged in to be able to use it cause it dies easily. So not good for travel. I love that its compact but defeats the purpose when it doesnt keep charge. I have mini printers and never have had these issues. Spent $80 on this and not able to return because I waited to open it.Doesnt connect to my chrome book though so I have to print from my phone when working on projects. It does print nicely though.

Working so far.
Update: still working well. Sheets of paper work nicely for those things I need immediately and do not want the “rolled” lookSo far so good! I will update after I have had it a bit longer. I have a had it a week, and so far it is working for my portable printing from my phone (iOS). It has been quick and easy. So far have only printed on the roll of paper provided, but it is clear and crisp. I just put the document printed in a folder and put a heavy weighted book on top for a bit of time and then it stays flat. Going to try on the sheets that are to be fed through once I get those in. Will update I. How easy that works once I have them.Plan to update by the end of the month.

Amazing THERMAL printer.
Amazing product for making labels, printing recipes, printing notes for school and all kinds of things. Don’t let the other reviews scare you. Some people are definitely going through what I call “user error” and just don’t realize. Definitely make sure that you’re putting the paper in the correct way. It is a heat thermal printer, so it does not print in color (hopefully your common sense with that one kicks in unlike some users). It does not come fully charged like some electronics. Let it charge before use if you plan to play with it for an hour. And lastly, it’s basically a giant receipt printer so no, don’t use it for government/court documents. All in all, it’s great for me. Some people just don’t know what they’re looking for when they buy it. Perfect for small at home uses.

Great for small business and personal use
Was a bit skeptical at first because how small it is but it gets the job done. Very straightforward instructions on how to use it and connecting to it was quick. Use it with roller paper (like included) or loose sheets to insert individually. You can download the free app and make flyers or customize your pictures with backgrounds. You definitely don’t need to replace ink cartridges as it is a thermal printer so only need to purchase thermal paper. I have been using it for business purposes and printing out documents sent to me via email and I can say I love it.

Very small !!!! I can barely see what is written on the documents
User
Don’t bother.
Decent printer but what they don’t tell you is that you need to pay £30 a year on an app to be able to print. Annoyed.
