Bought Emotarad Doodle via Amazon. Very quick delivery - Hats off to Amazon Very good and robust product design by Emotarad. We fixed the cycle as per the instructions in Website. There was noise on the front wheel and some alignment issue with rear gear. We informed Emotarad, they immediately connected us to their Dealer near our residence - ebykeshop.com Within 24 hours, Deepak and his technician from ebykeshop came home to fix the cycle. Minor adjustments were done. Now the cycle is smooth. Product design and performance is important, but equally important is service around the product.

This is 6+ months review. I almost completed 600km on this cycle. Product is too good. I am using in Pune for office as well as for workout. I am fully satisfied with product. It is best for daily use. Con: One issue i am facing.. it is related product. Handle gets wobbling after 2-3 months use. It shakes continuosly while driving cycle. I raised this issue with customer service but didn't fulfill. It is kind of design issue. It gets lose over period of time due to potholes/speed breakers etc. I got this issue early bez my usage is more. Service center is worst, everytime I have to contact 3-4 ppl then only I get reply. So if product is good but servicing is worst then it cause problems over period of time. It is very costly product, they should have good service team. Keep servicing from local shops on regular basis.

Good Things which i liked- 1. Fordable & Portable (Easy to carry any where) 2. Battery backup is good. (50% drain 35 km with paddle & throttler mode) 3. Unique style and looks are awesome. 4. Build Quality is very good (Light weight & look Heavy) Need improvements- 1. Price is High, But its good in this range. 2. Handle is good V1, small space for other attachment (like mobile holder etc.) 3. Build quality for controls. 4. Battery Price is very high 15k-18k. It's comfortable and gives an Suv experience, The build is high quality and can ne used by people of all age groups as the seats are adjustable, I have received good support from the customer support team for service related queries. Worst cycle ever I paid ₹56,000 got it delivered last month on 29 March 2026 and within one month, I am facing problem with Front break getting jammed again and again. I contacted the company explained about my problem. They told me we will not provide you any replacement if you want to get it fixed. Come to the service centre. Service centre also not answering my phone And when I told them that I got injured while riding your cycle due to this fault, they told me we don’t care if you want to get it fixed. Come to the service centre.
