I also recommend the bacon one, especially for salad. One of these Tempeh flavors, I can't remember which, had a little bit of black on the outside "skin". I worried that it was spoiled, but was far from the expiration date. So I looked it up and apparently that's normal due to fermentation. So good to know. I'm so happy with all the delicious cruelty-free protein sources available now! I know sometimes people have a hard time transitioning. I did a bit, but then I started loving these products for what they were and stopped comparing them to animal products. So many great options and I feel so much better after eating them.
