Been using 24/7 for about a month, love it so far.

I’ve been wearing this ring for 10 days now. The packaging is great, and pairing it with the phone is easy. Both the ring and the case are made of good-quality materials. I barely notice I’m wearing it. It’s waterproof. Battery life gives you great flexibility — charging once every 10 days. Thanks to this ring, I finally understood what was wrong with my sleep, and I’m now working on improving my sleep quality. It has plenty of other useful features too — you name it. The only reason I gave 4 stars is that the RingConn app is very basic. It doesn’t deliver a premium experience. Logging an exercise isn’t user-friendly, and the app doesn’t accept numbers with commas; the counter resets itself. I have doubts about how the app interprets vital data which I guess makes the difference with other brands. I think there are software localization problems as well — the Turkish reads very much like machine translation. The app also gives you badges, and I don’t understand why. Just to trigger a dopamine hit, I guess. Now I understand why the app subscription is free. I track my vitals with another app at the same time. There’s a lot to improve when it comes to their app. I lost the ring once. Having a “find my ring” feature is great, but it didn’t help much. I walked past the ring several times while the app kept showing it was within 3 m, and only on the last pass did it show 1 m. Turning on the ring’s lights doesn’t help much unless the room is dark. The vibration feature doesn’t exist on this model — it’s on the Gen 3 but t would be very useful. I didn’t want to wait for that release, so I bought the Gen 2 to test whether a smart ring fits into my life. So far, it’s been a great experience. I’ve always paid attention to my health, eaten clean, and exercised, but without a tracker I didn’t know where I was doing well and where I could improve things like sleep hygiene. I’ve become my own Tamagotchi, haha :) One last note: don’t go crazy over the stats trying to make everything perfect. Focus on how you’ve been doing with small changes, and don’t keep your vitals on the screen all the time. We’re not meant to be perfect. Good enough is fair enough.

Battery after a year last only 1-2 days . Very good ring very good app but battery degradation in 1 year is too much. I bought it because it was supposed to last more than a week

Loved the ring but in less than 4 months it has stopped working and is completely dead. Hopefully they will contact me regarding this. I will update the review once I hear something. Shame as it is a great ring.

Not working after 3 months.

Right after competing one year batteries have died out.

Works well and is accurate, however after about 5 months of wearing the battery went from lasting 10 days to suddenly approximately 5 hours. I sent an email through the app and got a reply the next day asking for my purchase details and also a possible fix, I found the instructions easy to follow and once I went through all the instructions the ring was perfect again.

El seguimiento de actividad, pasos y calorías me permite flexibilizar más en mi alimentación y adaptar según el día. El seguimiento de sueño muy oportuno para asegurarme descansar lo necesario. Los avisos de posibles dolores de cabeza o frecuencia cardiaca alta muy oportunos. Llevo usando el anillo desde mediados de abril y en un mes „ya había sido rentable la inversión“. El tema batería y el estuche de carga muy top. Mi Apple Watch, el cual tenía que cargar cada noche, ha pasado a un segundo-tercer plano.

I’ve been using the RingConn health monitor ring for a while now, and it has honestly exceeded my expectations. I do a lot of hard craft work and house work with my hands, so I expected the ring to get scratched, lose its shine, or maybe even get damaged. Instead, it’s been the complete opposite. The material is extremely strong and solid – it doesn’t feel fragile at all, even when I’m doing rough tasks. The coating/polish still looks almost brand new, even though I wear it while working, cleaning, and using tools. No peeling, no fading, and no cheap-looking scratches. It’s very comfortable to wear all day, to the point where I often forget I even have it on. On the health side it’s also very impressive, It tracks sleep, heart rate, activity, and overall health metrics accurately throughout the day. The app is clear and easy to understand, with helpful charts and summaries instead of just random numbers. Battery life is great – I only need to charge it about once every 12 days, which is very convenient.

L'anello è davvero bellissimo e funzionale. Provengo da tre anni di Oura Ring da cui scappo preminentemente per due ragioni: 1) L'eccezionale durata della batteria di questo anello soprattutto se confrontato ad Oura (che nell'ultimo periodo necessitava di ricarica quotidiana) 2) Disponibilità di un'app bella e funzionale senza necessità di abbinamento mensile. In più c'è la chicca del monitoraggio dell'apnea notturna, una funzione davvero utile. Fino ad ora soddisfatto....

Extremely impressed with this technology. I've only been using it for a couple of weeks so far but I love the sleep tracking. It gives so much information about your sleep cycles and encouragement to improve certain aspects. I'll update my review in a couple of months. I love that it gives so much info without having to pay a subscription fee.
