Is the plastic tube bpa free?

Per the manufacturer, BioGaia, they provided this statement as attested by their Director Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance:  "BioGaia AB confirms that no plasticizer/polymer softener has been intentionally added to any of the plastics and polymers in contact with the product of the Secro 3000 Dosing tube 10 ml with the T/E closure, ALU-IML, blank, (article 7-0062-01-20), supplied to Biogaia AB. This statement is based on information provided by the suppliers, our own manufacturing process and chemical analysis of the tube materials."  Dated 11/8/2016

How long does it take to start working?

Thank you for your interest in BioGaia probiotics! It is difficult to give an exact answer as the composition of each gut microbiota is unique. On average, it does take anywhere from 48 hours to 72 hours to see results, based on studies and depending on the indication.

It's SOOOO confusing.  My bottle says "ProTectis Drops with vitamin D 10ml".  I've seen pictures online of all different variations, including "ProTectis Baby with vitamin D 5ml", "ProTectis Baby with vitamin D 10ml" and "ProTectis Drops with vitamin D 5ml".  The "ProTectis Drops 10ml" doesn't exist on BioGaia's website - the "Global" "Baby" bottle is 5ml but the "USA" "Baby" bottle is 10ml (do they really think we're that obese?).  Furthermore, the website's Product Information Sheet says "Adults, Children & Infants..." while the Product Information Sheet that came with my bottle says "For children 1 year and above..." Get it straight BioGaia!  Changing labels is OK, but you need to explain yourself better and keep it consistent!
