Quality item.

Decent amount of tension. Only bad thing id the protective cost on the springs broke the very first use. Still usable and gives a burn in the muscles every time.

This is my fourth one of these, as I've moved from the easy one, to this one. The thing that's really nice about it is that there are two settings. If you clip it in the widest setting, it's somewhat easier than the inner setting that makes things noticeably harder. You can do a variety of exercises with it, from crunching in the middle of your pectorals, to shifting it above your head and really getting your shoulder and upper back, and then twisting it to work out your biceps using it vertically. The only down side is that if you're going fast, the foam grips heat up, and after a while, the rubber spring covers start to crack. It doesn't really affect things much so I'm not going to knock it a star, but it's worth noting if the look of your equipment is important. Overall, going from the lighter effort versions to this one have increased my chest strength a lot, adding a few extra crunches per day, to the extent that once I'd been doing it for a while, I was able to do pushups for the first time in a very long time.

This is a great addition to my home workout routine. It’s sturdy, easy to use, and you can definitely feel it working your chest, arms, and upper body. I really like that it’s adjustable and compact, so it doesn’t take up much space and is easy to store. Great option for getting in a quick workout at home.

I like this item, but I am surprised at how quickly the spring covers have began to wear out, with one already tearing. Do I recommend it?I do, but be ware that it isn't as durable as it should be.

Great product and good work out use

Easy to assemble - great workout for chest exercises.

So it looks like its has a good quality. But yeah I don't know. The one I received is broken or something. The pins are stuck and I can't remove it. I wanted to adjust it but still cant. 1 side moves easily and the other, won't even budge. So yeah I have limited options here. And the pins you have to push to adjust don't even go in.
