This trimmer worked like a charm for me. While the single wheel design affects stability compared to corded ones, the cordless feature is a game-changer. It delivers more power than what I previously had, with a slightly different layout that still performs excellently. Currently, I only have two attachments, but I'm considering expanding my collection soon. Highly recommend it!

Oh, Yes! Edger was delivered yesterday and just fired it up for the first time today. It worked great! Easy to use. The handle and shaft were designed/sized perfectly to counteract the weight of the battery. When edging, the trim head pulls the unit along like a self motorized machine. I just had to aim the edger in the right direction and the edger did the rest. At times it seemed to pull forward too fast. I wanted to enjoy my trimming experience but had to speed up to match the pull speed of the unit. I loved it and after blowing the trim with my EGO leaf blower, the lawn edge looks great! Highly recommend.

Got sucked down this rabbit hole. Ego power tools are the best. I bought this to complement my weed wicker, but also wanted the multi-tool. I will own all of the accessories…he said in a voice only his inner monologue could hear. He carefully looked at his wife to ensure she wasn’t listening. Safe! She cuts like a dream, not light, but not too heavy to control while you tame your yard. I’m talking about the edger, not the wife now. Reasonably priced for a tool you will use and have for years. Totally expandable. Can’t wait to add the snow blower. Arkansas winters can be brutal, unless you wait a day, then it’s all gone. Highly recommend.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:I am absolutely amazed by the EGO Power Head system and how it has transformed my yard work on our property filled with trees and brush. Purchasing the power head along with the pole saw attachment was a game-changer, simplifying all my tasks effortlessly. Right from the first use, I was completely sold on this product, as with all EGO tools. Initially concerned about battery expenses, the savings on gas and the overall convenience quickly outweighed it. Now, I am a proud owner of a full set of EGO tools, including a lawn mower, snow blower, leaf blower, trimmer, chainsaw, in addition to the power head and its accessories. I highly recommend these products; they have truly exceeded all my expectations.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:A friend knew I had Ego products - two lawnmowers, snowblower, weed whacker, leaf blower... So he gave me a power system like this with a little snow thrower end. I did some research, and saw it was the older version of the power shaft, so wanted to upgrade as well as get an edger. My current edger is just a generic one that is corded so it's a bit of a pain.This worked perfectly. The downside for me is the single wheel, so it's not as stable as the corded one. But I didn't even take off a star for that since the cordless ability far outweighs that.A bit more power on this one than the one the guy gave me, and slightly different layout, but still works well. I only have the two attachments so far, but I may be adding to them soon... Ego just works. Never an issue with any of my equipment for over 8 or so years now.

This product is well constructed and performs with ease. I have a gas powered edger but desired this unit so I could use multiple tools. The edger was easy to use and performed very well. Using a strap, it was not tiring to use. The multi-head system is the way to go in order to optimize this Ego devise. I also bought a scrub trimmer attachment that easily allows me to reach taller scrubs. I have not experienced any issues after 6 months of use.

This hand held Edger is fantastic! It's very quiet and very powerful. Clean up is a breeze and it stores out of the way unlike my old gaser on wheels ones. I have go fully electric with all EGO yard tools now and couldn't be happier!
