I poked around Sig's site and my answer would be "almost nothing" - except for the "tread" printing on the riser mount. Everything else seems to be identical. I do own both and the first 52010 I bought from Amazon a couple weeks ago was DOA as the dot was not connected to the adjuster screws. I got another one and no issue. I think you're safe either way. **Q: Will this see infrared light ?** A: According to the Sig Manual it states that it has 8 daytime and 2 NV (night vision) settings. So in theory it should. The brightness adjustment is simple and fast. Covers you from full sun mid day to dim lanes at the range you will find want you want with a few clicks. Has held its sighting with no issues mounted, stored in its case that gets tossed in the back of my truck and then driven through the desert and mountain trails like it’s a rental car. Pull it out and it drives nails every time. Very fast and clean picture which makes follow ups feel smooth. Top thing I like about it is the mount, how high it sits and the ability to co-sight off my irons. I’m not using it to really reach out and touch anything far away with a PCC but it is perfect for my setup.
