Amazing customer service!! One of cushions had a tear, so emailed pic to company, at address on instructions. No questions asked, they shipped a replacement cushion cover! Easy to assemble; strangely comfortable

This seater is good for starters or temporary not something long term. They are very uncomfortable as the back pillows are to small good maybe for a kids room.

Goods and cheap. The size and height is good for average. Not too difficult to assemble. Good for short term sitting

Cheap product not worth the 350$
Terrible couch. Should've known something was off when the labels on the pieces didn't match the manual. Was able to assemble about 80% of the way. Manual doesnt specify which way the backs are supposed to align. However the deal breaker came to these "latches". Seems easy in theory. Except the latches dont fully connect. I took them off to verify my fear and behold the photo. So you cant get the arms or the sectional actually together. Manual says they should slide all the way down. Trying to email or call support gets no response. So im returning for a refund.
