I just received my order today, but the silver band at the bottom that appears in the product photos is missing on the one I received. This makes me wonder if this item is a return or not brand new, because it does not match the advertised pictures. I’m disappointed with this inconsistency.

Portability is great but a charge only works for 2-3 uses. You will need to charge it often. Frustrating when you load it and then find out it needs charging. It works well for most smoothies but has trouble with large frozen fruit. Instructions say to put in frozen fruit, ice cubes, etc. last but you may have to tip over to make sure it all gets blended. I use it for my protein + shakes and it sometimes needs to be blended again because not everything was picked up the first blend.

I've bought this blender before and it had proper packaging. This came in a brown box. The registration numbers and code is blocked and blacked out. With a different code. That's suspicious to me. I'm not scanning that code. See pictures.
