This is a really great product

The steamer you never knew you needed! I feel like I keep a fairly clean house, but there are just some areas that, over time, need a deeper clean than a little cleaner and a rag. This steamer heats up quickly, is lightweight and easy to operate, and most importantly, breaks through the grime so fast! It also has the option to add cleaner in the bottom compartment. I've had this steamer for a just a short time, and have been extremely impressed with how well it works. Plastic blinds, bathrooms, our doggie door, dried paint on my truck's running board.... This steamer can handle it all! ** I had an issue with the steamer at first, and reached out to the company using the info included in the box and got the issue resolved right away! Top-notch customer service!!

Not quite as magical as it appears. Really ineffective on oven even after preclean setting in oven.

Totally disappointed in this machine. First of all the water capacity is so small that you will need to stop 10 times to refill it and even the smallest job will take for ever. Second the power of the steamer is sooo weak, it could not remove any of the mold on a bath mat. Cord can not detach so you go around with a dangling electric cord . Really inefficient and useless. I wish i could return it.

Really like this hand-held steamer...it has a detergent container, which is a game changer over others. You can use dish soap, over cleaner, cleaning soaps, etc. for that extra boost of cleaning. Extension noddles helps get into those hard to reach places and the accessories are enough to handle any cleaning job, like windows, tiles, fabrics, etc. The 360 degree cleaning angle makes cleaning a breeze. 1250w of powerful steaming clean bathroom scum with ease. Secure safety lock and cap are great features making it safe to use. Long power cord helps a lot. Well done!

Works really well. Good steam pressure. A single fill lasts quite a while. Beware of steam cleaning metal surfaces that have a thin plastic film (to prevent tarnish) it will melt off the plastic. Makes it a lot easier to clean things were the grease/film isn't readily visible. The brush attachments aren't that great. Use distilled water or low dissolved solids water to prevent buildup inside the tank. The cord is about 9 feet which a little shorter than expected but not that big a deal.

When we bought our house, the shower pan seemed permanently stained after years and years of use. We tried everything from bleach to comet to the pink stuff and nothing really worked. I tried this steam cleaner and wow! You can see the difference (the white spot is where I steamed vs the original area). I tried a larger accessory size and it works just as well as the smaller one. Very excited! I'm going to use it next to clean my oven door and a cloth recliner. It's very easy to use, I appreciate that you can lock the button down for steaming so you don't have to keep pressing it. Many accessories are included which is great. I wish that the cord was longer, but you'll just need an extension cord depending on your outlets.
