King Cobra by ZURU, Battery-Powered Robotic Moving Snake Toy, Realistic Snake Features, Ages 3+

There was a video of this snake and a dog reacting to the snake moving across the floor. Thought I’d see how my dogs would react to it and had visions of being the next internet sensation. The snake moved across the floor very well but my dogs were not impressed so my dream of internet fame were dashed. I think it would be fun toy for young children.

This cobra snake is so cool! It slithers along like a real snake and the tongue even sounds real. It swivels across the floor and change directions, my kids LOVE it! They get so excited when someone comes to visit because they play pranks on them pretending that it is a real snake. This toy is so well made and worth every penny!

My grandkids have had a blast playing with the snake. They always think it’s cool to see real snakes and this is the closest they will get to having one to play with. It looks very real and bright and shows up well on the floor. The tongue moves as it slithers along a flat surface. It just takes two AAA batteries and they seem to last a long time. Very fun toy and seems to be well-made.

Easy to use and easy to insert batteries. it moves like a real cobra is so much fun the kids absolutely love him, slithers on the floor. Well made in the colors are fantastic.

This cobra is cute well made and moves quickly. 4 year old loves it. I have since bought more robo alive toys. They are great

If you have younger kids, you must monitor them when playing with the snake because it breaks apart and the rings are basically little quarter size rings which can be a choking hazard but other than that snake moves lovely and I think it’s pretty neat

Vorweg… Unsere Kinder fanden die schlange super toll! Ich habe die Robo Alive King Cobra von ZURU als Spaßartikel bzw. Schreck-Gadget gekauft – und genau dafür funktioniert sie ziemlich gut. Die Schlange bewegt sich mit einer schlängelnden Bewegung über den Boden, die tatsächlich überraschend realistisch wirkt, besonders auf glatten Flächen wie Fliesen oder Laminat. Der eingebaute Sensor sorgt dafür, dass sie auf Hindernisse reagiert und die Richtung ändert, was den „lebendigen“ Effekt verstärkt. Positiv: • Bewegung wirkt realistischer als erwartet • Reagiert auf Hindernisse • Gute Größe für Streiche oder als Gimmick • Direkt einsatzbereit Neutral: • Auf Teppich funktioniert sie deutlich schlechter • Geräusch des Motors hörbar (nicht super laut, aber präsent) Negativ: • Verarbeitung ist eher Spielzeug-typisch (viel Plastik) • Kein echtes „Spielzeug“ im klassischen Sinn – eher ein Spaßartikel • Batterieverbrauch relativ hoch bei häufiger Nutzung Fazit: Als Gadget, Deko oder für Streiche macht die Robo Alive Cobra definitiv Spaß. Wer allerdings ein langlebiges oder interaktives Spielzeug erwartet, könnte enttäuscht sein.
