Happy with product
Color was exactly the brown I wanted it to be. Goes on super smooth even thicker line. Which is why I ordered it. I use my other brown liners and do a thin original line let it dry, then put another this line on top of first line to get a thicker line. I do get my makeup from Ulta. Use a lot of Benefit for my liquid and crayon liners. Shipping and packaging was stellar.

Didn't work for me.
UPDATE: product did not work out for me, however, I was given a full refund without even asking. The customer service was amazing. Doesn't go on smooth at all and made me eyes water non stop for over an hour. Smeared all over. Had to just spray my face with shower head till I got it all off so I could see again.
