This product came and looked like everything would be great. Open it up and start putting the cutting grids in used it one time on an onion and the grates/ cutting grid moved and was distorted. If this was meant to cut anything stronger or tougher then an onion we are in trouble for sure. If the cutting grid would be installed the other direction this wouldn't happen super sad this happened.Update:The company has great customer service. They promptly got ahold of me and sent me a full replacement. The replacement is working great and makes me believe this first one I received had just some type of defect. I've chopped almost 25 lbs of onions with the new one and it's still as sharp as it was when I opened the box. My only complaint still is even with the brush given onions are super hard to clean out of the blade area as well as the part that pushes the onion down onto the blade.

I bought this chopper after doing some searching at stores and online and decided to take a leap of faith.... so glad I did! This product arrived on Friday and I put it to use right away! I was skeptical so I cut the first few pieces of potato thin, then I started to test out the strength of this thing and put whole potatoes in there.... it chopped them perfectly without need for force! I highly recommend this product to anyone with a large family or anyone who meal preps! It will save a ton of time. It is sturdy and the blades are super sharp!!!

There are so many choppers and mandolins to choose from this does both. Unit is very sturdy, cleans up easy and stores easy. Even has blade holders. Excellent for salads, soups, slaw, egg rolls and so much more. Those are just what i have done so far with it. Only draw back but not a huge one is the mandolin blades are only two or three grate rows so it is limited area to grate on but the chopping portion makes up for it. Mandolin blades slide in and are very secure. Highly recommend if you can't decide which one to buy. Today I used chopper and mandolin and made baked egg rolls.

Worked very well! Simple and fast to set up. Much easier to dice vegetables than chopping. I loved the chopper because it is also so easy to clean!

Love this gadget! It has many more functions than expected, blades are very sharp and very easy to use. Love the receipes provided, made perfect zucchini slices for low carb lagsana, and tasty chopped salads in mins. Making tasty food doesn’t require hard work anymore.

This chopper/dicer works very well but there are some things that I find can't be chopped without the blades clogging up. Onions work ok if they are cut before placing them on the cutting surface. So be warned that there are some veggies that will have to be sliced or cut before you place them on the chopping block.

I absolutely love this product; but you must treat with care. The multiple attachments is what really got me to buy this product. The choppers are a bit delicate and bent after a few uses (perhaps the potato was too thick). I've had to throw away one and am being extra gentle with the others. Also, I did not read whether or not you could put all pieces in the dishwasher--the base (storage base) you cannot. I did and it changed shapes.

I had been using few times a day, finally I can make papaya salad but also carrot, cucumber. What didn't I buy this before is unknown :) I should have bought it long ago but think I'm good in chopping and cutting so I didn't bother...
