Great for running to.
I wanted something on my ipod for running and originally thought i would get the MoS Running Trax album but having listened to the tracks on that and then on here I decided on this one. I am really glad I did, it has been great for New Year running trips!!

Love this CD collection. Use it everyday to do my workout and it boosts me along when I my energy dtarts getting low as you want to keep in time with the songs! Great dance album. Great service and delivery.

Great CD what makes you want to move!
A great Album that really keeps me going in the gym. The music of 'now' that I wouldn't listen to at any other time of the day but LOVE it for working out!
