Very very slow and get hang alot after few days.

I have had HP computers and others over the years but realized that I wanted to stick with HP. It does everything I need it to do and has given me no trouble. I like the touch screen, I've heard people say that the touch screen in their computer causes the screen to be less clear, but I find the screen as clear on my laptop as on my HP desktop. The battery could last a little longer, but it is no problem to plug it in when it gets low. I haven't dropped it yet and hopefully won't. It looks and acts like it did on the day I took it out of the box. I'd say it is quite durable!

Good, basic laptop that runs hot. It often becomes too hot to use and I need to take a break because of it. The battery doesn't last too long. But it's good for basic use.

Fantastic laptop for the money. Everything is so quick and the pictures are so clear. I really like the size 15 inch there is so much room .

This device failed before it was fully updated. It runs for a couple of minutes after being shutdown to cool and then shuts down fully. Experience with this brand has been positive to this point. Do not buy this model.
