The taste is ok not too much not too less anything like that I don't like toothpaste with after taste and this helped. So after a week of oil pulling, flossing, mouthwash, brushing two times a day I finally got the results I wanted and safe to say I will forever buy this toothpaste. I also got the toothbrush because I heard dentists say to us soft toothbrushes and so I got that one but you don't have to just saying I did. If you hate flossing or feel it takes too much time get a hard to reach flosser with the handle or electric flosser and it's so much easier that's what I got and flossing doesn't take as long as it did with the string floss. Once you get into a habit of flossing I promise you won't feel lazy. I got into the habit of just do it and I did and now it's a part of my routine. So take what you will from this information just saying my story and experience with the toothpaste. Do everything I said about brushing and flossing etc and you will see significant results. I don't use a water flosser in my routine but it's up to you just don't make it replace flossing itself.
