100% Tart Cherry Juice Pure - Unsweetened - 8 fl oz, 12 Pack

This is a thoroughly sour drink, I like cherries but this product gives me a different taste of cherries. I have been drinking this cherry juice for 12 days now right before I go to sleep. I have not yet noticed that my sleep has improved but it seems like this juice helps me keep regular (if you know what I mean). It is expensive for juice but worth it.

**** 4 month update**** I am a bigger believer now than I was when I originally published this review. I have suffered from shoulder pain for years... now it is virtually gone! I can play catch with my daughter without the usual shoulder pain the next day. There definitely seems to be a cumulative effect on how it works. I honestly feel about 10 years younger (in terms of aches/pains/stiffness) ---- original review---- So my wife and I have been drinking Cheribundi for a few weeks now. We were both pretty skeptical that it would actually reduce inflammation... but it really seems to work. My wife and I can both tell the difference. I gave one to my BIL and he also said that he noticed a difference. Now you need to align your expectations. When I say it "works" I'd say it is roughly on the same scale as one advil. it knocks the bite out of the pain, but it it's not going to fully relieve severe arthritis. My wife has pretty severe sciatica and certainly doesn't do enough to get her off her meds. It does, however, take the edge off a rainy day for her. As for me, I notice the little aches and pains I have accumulated seem to be much less. I am closing in on 50YO - so things like annoying knee pains and issues with my toes all seem to be less. Taste - I like it, but its not going to be for everyone. Remember it is "tart" cherry so it isn't sweet and can almost make you pucker. Everyone why has tasted it has liked it... but I do know that not everyone likes tart cherries. One thing I really like is that there isn't any filler juice. Most products have added apple or grape juice to help sweeten them and dilute the more expensive fruit. That's not the case here, it is only tart cherries. Final Verdict - you mileage may vary, but so far we are pretty impressed. If they were cheaper I'd probably drink two or three a day.

This is absolutely delicious! It is made with 100% tart cherry juice only. Having it in bottles versus paper, cartons is amazing as well.

5 star taste but expensive dings it.

Half a bottle provided the same relief as two ibuxxxxx. This Was recommended by my physician based on a study at OHSU. This juice is NOT from concentrate so it is as pure as nature intended. The bottles have a gauge as part of the label so you can use the correct amount. Ian a 160 pound adult and I use half the bottle diluted with water

Taste good

While it has so many health benefits like muscle recovery and anti inflammatory properties, I can honestly say that if you like tart cherry pie it’s worth drinking it just for that. I only get this brand as it is pure tart cherries. I don’t want any concentrate or fillers. I have purchased the larger bottles and the single serve 8 ounce bottles and usually drink 4 ounces after my morning walk and 4 ounces later in the day. Can’t say that it works to help me sleep, but with all the other beneficial properties, if that is one too, then great. It can be a bit pricey so I watch for sales.

These are great for my knee pain. I would drink half a bottle at bedtime and in the morning some of the swellinh/ tightness had disapated
