One of the best neck pillows available in market

This neck pillow was okay. I liked the firmness, but it was too high. It squishes my cheeks and ears, and I didn’t like this. If you are wearing earrings, it will be uncomfortable, and you definitely can’t use over-ear headphones. It was awkward even with in-ear headphones. Also, with the front strap attached, I found it a bit suffocating, like it was choking me. So I ended up not using the front strap, but the Velcro was secure, and the strap didn’t get in the way when attached. I did like that it has a flat back. My neck rested more comfortably. And it did roll up easily to fit into the portable bag it came with. I didn't try the seat straps. So, I can’t review that part. All in all, I really had high hopes for this neck pillow based on the reviews, but for me, it was just meh.

Just back from a long haul trip and this neck pillow was amazing! Well worth getting this version as it ties up behind the head rest of your chair which enables you to drift off without your head nodding. Really comfortable and compact for travelling. Bought one for my husband and would highly recommend!

The product was okay but the initial label package was ripped and it was just thrown inside the shipping bag, which will indicate that this was a returned item and probably used!! As I had no time to return and get another one for our trip, decided to keep it and wash it.
