Great sound and easy to use

In the lockdown I have worked at home and got quickly tired of headphones for skype, teams and zoom. This was a solution for one of the two computers I need to use (and I got a much more expensive alternative for the other). This has worked fine - plug and play via the usb, and could happily sit on the desk and have clear conversations. Great value. The only benefit of the more expensive other make was that it coped better in a conference room.

Easy to install and works perfectly when close to the mic but once more than a meter away then it starts dropping off and have to talk louder, however the speaker has a good range and top volume so can be much further away and hear. Overall a great replace/improvement to onboard mics/speakers. It does not add an echo at all used it across both personal and professional apps like zoom/jabber/slack etc and works perfectly with all, however the mute button does not interact like other showing that muted in these apps however actually useful to mute without others knowing. Overall very happy with the purchase

Bought this for my 78 year old Dad so he could video call. I use a Jabra 510 but he wanted something cheaper to use, so we gave this a go. Solid piece of kit, feels sturdy and smart looking, 1m micro usb cable supplied. We swapped the cable for slightly longer one to allow it to be installed onto a floor standing tower PC. It was quick to install less than a minute. Just plug in, change settings if needed in zoom, Skype etc. Start using.Only one slight negative, is that there is no OFF button, it stays on permanently, so you have to switch sound settings in W10 to use another device or unplug; bar that it's a really good inexpensive conference piece of kit for the price. Would recommend if your after a usb only device but if you want to use on your mobile as well then look at the more expensive Jabra products at nearly 2-3 times the price. They have bluetooth and usb capabilities built in and an On/Off button ;)

If you like echoing on zoom, teams, skype or any other call - this is the speakerphone for you! The echo is sublime - almost as soon as I switched over people in my company were commenting on the quality of the echo. If you are looking for a speakerphone that isn't an embarrassment - probably best steer clear..Speaker itself is ok, but very basey.

Easy to install but sound does come up very much so can be a bit difficult, but does basically what i need to you

This little 8cm speakerphone puck (shown next to a 15" Macbook Pro) proves to be a pretty good speakerphone. The microphone picks up voices around it at the usual 1-2m of a meeting very clearly, without people actually having to face it. The speaker is tuned for voice, so don't expect that good quality with music, but as a speakerphone is loud and clear. Overall both mike and speaker are an upgrade compared to the Macbook Pro integrated ones. The volume keys work fine on MacOS, while there is a mute button which seems to be a hardware implementation (doesn't rely on the software mute function) and that is a nice touch, along with the red light to show you are muted.The star off is because while it works well with reasonably new systems, it had some playback issues with an old Mac Pro running Mavericks. And I guess the sound for non-voice stuff (music etc) could be better at this price point, but it does get voices well.

I'm very happy with this product, the sound quality is so sharpy and clean, its a great product all around. I mainly used to speak with my family back home and its great. Another reason I like this product its because it remains switch on all day in my day incase of unexpected calls. Totally worth my money, highly recommended.

Ich wollte die Freisprecheinrichtung zum Telefonieren am Laptop benutzen. Das hat leider überhaupt nicht funktioniert... die anderer Seite hatte ständig heftige Rückkopplungen und hörte sich stark selber. Der Kundendienst konnte da leider auch nicht weiterhelfen.2 Sterne, da immerhin der Service sehr fair war... es gab Ruck Zuck ein Ersatzgerät, bei dem die Problemem aber leider genau so waren. Rückversand und Erstattung gingen dann allerdings auch rasch und problemlos.

Lo enchufas al USB y funciona. Listo. Tienes altavoz y micro. Probado en Windows, Linux y Mac. No hay mucho más que decir, estas cosas cuando funcionan a la primera y hacen lo que tienen que hacer, no se les puede pedir más :D

Der Speaker hat bei mir nicht auf Anhieb funktioniert. Speaker wurde erkannt, konnte aber über den Einstellungen nicht abgerufen werden. (Speaker war mal da, dann wieder nicht.)Habe dann den Anschluss von USB 3.0 Frontsteckplatz auf einen der zwei USB 2.0 gewechselt und schon wurde er sauber erkannt.Daher ein Stern Abzug.Hängt vermutlich mit der Leistungsaufnahme zusammen. Die entspricht ja USB 2.0. Ich hätte hier erwartet, dass der Speaker aber trotzdem funktioniert. Habe also Glück gehabt, dass mein PC doch noch USB 2.0 Schnittstellen hat.Soundqualität ist i.O. . Micro kommt erst noch zum Zuge, aber ich gehe davon aus, dass es hier auch keine Probleme geben wird.

Das Gerät funktioniert nach dem Einstecken des USB-Kabels und der Umstellung der Soundeinstellungen in Windows ohne weitere Treiber-Installation auf Anhieb. Bei der Nutzung kommt es bei einigen Gesprächspartnern zu Echos, wobei nicht klar ist, ob diese auf der Seite des Gesprächspartners oder auf meiner Seite entstehen. Bei maximaler Lautstärke-Einstellung kann das Gerät normale Hintergrundgeräusche wie Strassenlärm, Lüfterrauschen oder entfernte Hintergrundgespräche nicht ausreichend übertönen, es ist zu leise und daher treten Hörverständnis-Probleme auf. Eine Platzierung in Ohrnähe wird durch das zu kurze Anschlusskabel von nur 1,0 Meter eingeschränkt, 1,5 Meter wäre deutlich besser gewesen. In ruhiger Umgebung funktioniert das Gerät ausreichend gut.

It earns two stars because of the packing and onetime delivery, otherwise it gets a single star.Good:The product is well packed, delivered on time and easy to install (plug and play), no hassle at all.Bad:The participants on the call always complained about echo, despite multiple trials+different settings, I always get a complaint from the other callers in the meeting that the echo is because of me. I had switch back to my old headset.Suggestion:I do not recommend this for any official meetings, better spend some more money elsewhere.
