I don't think they do. Maybe just a tiny bit on the length? My husband is 5'10" and the length (30") was perfect after washing.

Wranglers are actually nice and thick and not that heavy to weigh you down. The stone wash fabric takes a good beating on daily use and can be washed over and overy again. They normally last about 2 to 3 yrs with regular wearing and washing that's about 3 to 4 times per week.
