Powerful cleaning with smart features
The media could not be loaded. This robot vacuum is a real upgrade for my home. The suction is strong and it easily handles both carpets and hard floors. The mopping function works surprisingly well, leaving the floor fresh without excess water. The mapping system is smart and efficient — it rarely misses spots and navigates around obstacles smoothly. I also like the sleek design and quiet operation compared to other models I’ve tried. It’s not the cheapest option, but the performance and convenience make it worth the price.

A million stars…!
I have only had this a few days and have yet to find anything I don’t like. Set up was very easy, mapping was automatic. Very user friendly for those who are tech challenged (like myself). My house is tiled in smooth tiles except for the bedrooms. The tile floors passed the white rag test when this little guy was done and I feel like my carpeted bedrooms are less dusty. It picks up all the long hair that I shed without tangling and the included solution leaves no streaks. I will be purchasing extra pads but the self clean and dry feature seems to work extremely well. At the end of the clean, I just dump the water, rinse, spray with some all purpose cleaner and wipe the dirty water tank dry. I vac out the filter with a small hand vac and give the vac a quick wipe. The noise level is extremely quiet - you can definitely watch tv, talk on the phone, be in a meeting, etc. while it’s running. It gets a bit louder while it’s emptying but it’s a quick process. I haven’t used the voice command much so I can’t speak on that. The navigation is perfect. I’ve had no issues with connectivity and it seems sturdy. Best purchase ever!!!

We love our Dreame his name is R Two
We’ve owned several robotic vacuums over the years, but the Dreame X50 Ultra has truly impressed us. From the moment we set it up, it was clear that this wasn’t just another smart cleaner—it’s a device that genuinely elevates household maintenance. It's fantastic, effortlessly lifting dirt, dust, and even pet hair from a variety of surfaces. The mop function is equally effective, tackling leaving floors spotless, very few streaks on high gloss porcelain tile. What sets it apart is the self-cleaning dock, which eliminates the manual maintenance by washing, drying, and refilling the mop pads automatically. It’s a thoughtful feature that makes a noticeable difference in everyday usability.Navigation is another standout feature. Unlike some robotic vacuums that struggle with mapping or get stuck in awkward places, the X50 Ultra moves intelligently through rooms, adapting to different floor types and obstacles without issue. The battery life is impressive, allowing it to cover large areas without frequent recharging, making it perfect for busy households. While the app provides useful customization options and scheduling capabilities, it could be slightly more responsive. One feature we feel is missing is the ability to track room cleanliness over time. The X50 Ultra doesn’t remember how dirty a room was from one cleaning session to the next, so it doesn’t offer schedule recommendations based on past cleaning patterns. This would be a great addition to further optimize efficiency. That said, the overall experience is great. This isn’t just a cleaning tool it’s a huge time-saver and maintains spotless floors. With a few refinements in app performance and smart scheduling. For anyone looking to invest in a high-end cleaning solution, this one is absolutely worth considering.Highly recommended!

Okay for flat floors and no pets.
The DREAME X50 robot vacuum does a solid job when it comes to basic vacuuming. It navigates well and generally keeps floors clean. However, once you move beyond simple vacuuming, the performance becomes more hit-or-miss.Vacuuming Performance:For everyday dirt and debris, the X50 does a good job. It has good suction and manages general dust and crumbs with no problem. However, it really struggles with pet hair. The main issue is with the self-empty base station—the suction isn’t powerful enough to pull pet hair out of the robot’s internal bin. This means you often have to manually empty the vacuum, which defeats the whole point of a self-emptying system. The product claims 20,000 KPA of suction, but in real use, it just isn’t enough for pet households.Mopping Functionality:The mopping feature is okay at best. It works on smooth, flat surfaces, but any uneven flooring renders it nearly useless. Don’t expect it to scrub or replace a manual mop—it’s more of a damp cloth drag.Final Thoughts:The vacuuming alone might justify the price for some, but pet owners especially should be aware of the limitations. Between the underwhelming mopping and the constant need to clear out pet hair manually, this vacuum falls short of expectations. It’s a good start, but not a fully hands-off cleaning solution.

NOT SURE IT'S WORTH IT
The media could not be loaded. I have had the dreame x50 ultra for exactly one week. I unboxed it and immediately charged it then mapped my home. I have all of the settings set for recommendations based on pets and my floor type. It did an awesome job the first night with mopping and vacuuming. However now it seems to have random issues with the exact map and obstacles that it was mapped for. It also accumulates all of the dog fur instead of sucking it up and then leaves it in piles all over the house. I am gonna give it a few more days to prove it's worth, but otherwise I will be returning it. It also tends to get lost randomly and I have to take it back to it's dock. I also set the gates as low clearance areas so that it would lower the sensor and go underneath them to reach the hallways. It went underneath them a few times, but most of the time gets stuck or says there's an obstacle in its way.
