Do you stand by your product and replace when this happens? 4 mths use?** A: Hello, if you are using the product in a short period of time there is damage or static problems welcome to contact the seller for replacement, their service is very fast. **Q: I bought 2 detanglers in October 2018. I have loud static on my phone and it stopped when I removed the handset detangler, why?** A: Iā€™m not sure why it happens but seems to be common with any detanglers. Mine generally last about a year before they get static, then I just replace them. **Q: Does it get tangled?** A: I bought these cords for my elderly parents so they do not get much use. However, as of to date the cords have not tangled. **Q: does this work on 4 line phones** A: I am using it on my office phone. With most people not useing land line phone nower days, when would you use the spare, having sad that this was for work where they get used a lot more and we have a number of phones in the office, the spare would come in handy.
