Tried and true
Decided to test out effectiveness by purposely ingesting a fatal amount of options. Blacked out for a second after receiving dose but the narco i took a few minutes prior had no Karting effect. I wouldn't recommend others try this.....I am a YouTube trained professional so take it from me. This stuff works great.

WONDERFUL if and when it's needed.
Luckily I've been lucky enough to not have to use this product in an emergency event. And as I told my other rescue crew members, "This is one piece of equipment that I hope I never have to use, but I'll be very happy to have it if and when I do need it." Thank you very much.

Essential, Life-Saving, and Easy to Use
This product is something everyone should have access to. The functionality is exactly what you’d hope for in a moment of crisis—it’s clearly labeled, requires no assembly or prior training, and is fast to use when every second matters. The compact size makes it easy to store in a bag, glove compartment, or first-aid kit. I truly appreciate how straightforward the instructions are; even under pressure, it’s manageable and accessible. This is an invaluable tool in emergency preparedness. I hope I never have to use it—but I’m incredibly grateful to have it on hand.

Not cheap….but what is the price of a life!
Pretty basic and easily administered, especially to an unconscious person. Convenient known lifesaving medication. As an emergency physician, I have given hundreds of doses of this over 30 years. The feeling you have when someone goes from barely breathing to talking and looking around is indescribable. It is truly amazing how many people have access to opioids that you would not suspect, especially with the pervasiveness of fentanyl in our country. So, I bought these not for myself, but for a child, or friend, or neighbor, or stranger on the street. It is not cheap, but when balanced with someone’s life, it is a justifiable purchase. It may be worth asking your local congressman why we must pay this rate, when any Canadian can walk into their local pharmacy and walk out with a naloxone pack for free! Finally, remember! - the lifesaving effects of naloxone will wear off before the effects of the opioids will be gone. So, just because someone responds and wakes up, they may very well begin to lapse back into unconsciousness again as the naloxone wears off. Call an ambulance or get them to an emergency room - NOW! This is advice from someone who has seen too many people who never got naloxone, or got it too late - too many people…….
