No negative side Effects, for me & the reviews show other people with the same experience. The number of doses can vary: depending on the cause, care level, environment, etc. It also, can gradually clear my congestion, towards faster recovery. Though, I start breathing better seconds after taking this product. I have been taking it for a week and a half and I must say, it’s a good product. I have year-round allergies, but my allergies are food related. As such, I need to state that I still can not eat foods that trigger my allergies. My issue was that although I stayed away from trigger foods, my body was so inflamed that it just kept producing excess mucus. I have had a mucus problem for three consecutive years - no relief. Anyway, after trying this product, I noticed that the mucus production was altered dramatically but not completely. However, this clever lady decided to try two other supplements along with this product and I have complete clarity from mucus, congestion & sneezing. I am so thankful and relieved. The other two supplements are black seed oil capsules and breathe free. These three supplements have done wonders for me. I have tried everything and nothing have worked for me, so taking these three together have made a world of difference.It is expensive but so worth it, if you want true relief.
