Good basic Probiotic
We have used this product for many years. It is handy as it needs no refrigeration so is good for going on holiday. I personally believe we should all supplement with a probiotic and for people who have no major digestive issues it is a good basic but it only contains one form of bacterium. If you have major gut problems I would search around on-line for a product that contains more strains of bacteria. You will pay more for them but should get more benefit too.

Bought to sort candida out
Bout of candida,, so bought this based on reviews placed and it helped. Combined with slight change in diet for a week or 2 all sorted and back to normal. Delivery very prompt. Well packed.

I've not tried this brand before but I buy probiotics regularly as I swear by them if I'm after antibiotics and not feeling 100%.These are excellent quality and I can't believe the great price I will definitely purchase againOnly con delivery a bit slow

Didn’t notice any change plus contains maltodextrin
One star for being a powder because I get annoyed swallowing pills/vitamins. But, to be honest, I didn’t feel any better after taking this. Still have my gastro distress.
