Did vanicream change its packaging? I am scared to use it without this being verified

Vanicream did temporarily change their packaging. Here is their response when I asked the company directly about the new look: "This product typically comes with a plastic shrink-wrap label. Unfortunately, the company who provides us with these shrink-wrap labels has been behind schedule for several weeks now. Rather than making our customers wait to get their hands on this product, we needed to come up with a quick solution. We decided to move forward and print directly on the bottles in-house to avoid any delays. With printing directly on the bottles, the label will appear slightly different as it’s a smaller print, sometimes not 100% centered, and our printing machine isn’t able to provide as much of the information as you typically get with the shrink-wrap label. Please know that this is only a temporary change. Once our shrink-wrap company is back up and running, our products will return to their original state."

I have heard that vanicream gentle facial cleanser is vegan - is it vegan?

No, it is not vegan...to the best of my knowledge.
It works wonderfully on me and I'm allergic to so many ingredients in cleansers and moisturizers, including preservatives.
I not only use it on my face, I use it on my body everywhere.

What's the difference between this and the Free and Clear cleanser?

I don't know about the difference between the two...but this product together with the soap and lite lotion of the same name was what my dermatologist asked me to use this brand...my skin is super sensitive and delicate...it has been getting better, I would say around 45% better than what I used to feel...which its like a burning sensation.  Drink at least 75 to 100 ounces of water daily...it helps!!!
