These straws were bought for someone who has undergone a major operation and has been struggling to eat and drink through normal sized straws. As these straws are wider, the thick protein shakes and thicker soups are able to go through them with no struggle and have made this persons recovery so much easier.

the straws are exactly as described. Unfortunately they came in a very poor package (just a thin bag) which was in turn placed inside a big plastic bag (like trash bag but white coloured). The plastic bag that should protect the straws was broken on delivery so that all the straws were scattered in the "trash bag".I will not order this item again.

Exactly what I needed as I could not find any locally, needed wide straws as family member had fractured jaw and was having to use straws to eat with, all 'normal' sized straws were too narrow these proved ideal and were despatched very quickly.

Well I think I've said it all really , how else can you review a straw, it is long as required, it takes liquid from the drinking vessel to your mouth very well assuming you have the personal motivation to help it along, these particular straws bend about 3/4 of the way up, and if that's your thing then they do bend very well....we used them for thick smoothies and they coped admirably. All that is left to comment on is the colours...neon, I would like to have had more of a choice in the jumbo straw range but hey...it's a straw and it works

Bought these for my father-in-law who finds it difficult to eat normal food now - these are a god send and brilliant for thick soups, protein shakes and liquidised foods etc.

I make thick smoothies - these straws are just the job. Arrived in a jiffy bag, without much support to prevent squashing, but I will order again when required.
