VICTOR Professional Dry Dog Food - Gluten-Free Active Dog Kibble, 30 lb

Have been using this brand a couple of months now. Our young lab is doing well on it. The 30/20 is one you would use for an extremely active sporting dog. Our dog gained weight on it despite being very active. We went to this one that is a little lower in protein/fat. It seems to be a good price for the size of bag. Our goal is to keep him at a healthy weight but still support his growth and activity. He’s 2-3 yrs old. Looked at pro plan Purina, it’s pricey.

Good dog dry dog food but I think it is a little pricey. Maybe a few dollars less for more satisfied customers. Build a loyal following with a healthy dig food at the right price and have lifetime customers

My husky and Great Pyrenees do good with this food no diarrhea!

When I say my dog’s picky, he is VERY picky. Since we’ve got him, we’ve struggled feeding what’s best for him that he likes, even when it came to raw/homemade food. While those are BETTER alternatives to kibbles imo, unbalanced meals can be risky. It’s more suitable for us to get him kibbles as it is a balanced meal on its own. I have tried numerous brands, from Purina to Open farm, yet it didn’t last long before my dog would lose his interest eating those. This is my second day feeding my dog Victor Professional, and he has been eating with no trouble! I have to hand feed him a few times, which is still okay with me as he’d eat it right away. Again, before no matter what kind of techniques or how much toppers we’d put, he won’t munch in. Seeing my dog finish his bowl without trouble, and with bone broth included makes me happy. Remember, a fed dog is a happy dog. I will be sticking with this brand from now on.

I have been using this same type of Victor for over 8 years. I purchased a 30 lbs bag about 3 weeks ago and opened it 2 days ago to add it to the food container (which I had emptied) . I didn’t notice it immediately but my dog has not eaten since I gave him a cup of food since Sunday. I smelled it and it has an odor of expired oil. I noticed he had also thrown up yesterday. I don’t have the bag for reference of dates I I just fed him some food from my other dog and he ate. First time I have ever had an issue . I love this food and what it has done for him in the past and don’t want to have to change.
