Sure, it smells kinda earthy. But it's WORTH IT. I started this for two reasons: menopausal hair loss and adding energy and focus. THE HAIR: Menopause caused some pretty noticeable thinning spots and hair loss, and I had already been trying biotin and rosemary in both supplements and various shampoos and whatnot, for nearly a year, with little to no change. With this blend, after only two weeks I'm seeing the little sparse areas at my temples growing new hair. Incredible. THE FOCUS: For both focus and general energy, I'm seeing a change. I have always been somewhat "adhd" but with this, what i'm noticing is that my pattern has changed. Instead of "do something for 15 minutes and then stare into space or doom-scroll or whatever," it's "do something for 15 minutes and then find another task to do for 15 minutes" so my energy is way better and I'm more inclined to multi-task meaningfully. Very highly recommend this stuff!

To be honest Clean Nutra product gives you energy, helps with focus and keeps you in a decent mood. For me if I did not drink enough water like 4 bottles I noticed vaginal discharge changes as well as a bulky under chin area as if thyroid inflammation. I never had issues with or any diagnosis of thyroid problems! Take that into consideration if I hadn't noticed those changes and the price fluctuations in products they have I would be a daily user. Also I only took one pill a day

This 17-in-1 supplement by Clean Nutraceuticals is a powerhouse. 😁 I used this for a couple of months before leaving a review to understand better how this impacted me for any positive or negative changes. Noticed a difference after the week in some obvious ways with better focus, reduced stress, and improved sleep. There were some things I noticed that surprised me I noticed I was not craving junk as much but wanted to snack on actual food such as carrots. Not sure if that is a part of incorporating Fenugreek but was interesting to notice. Definitely do NOT recommend for anyone that has any digestive issues what so ever. I am still sick and haven’t taken it for 4 days now. Customer service is top notch however and the are always willing to assist.
