WC Freeze HD6XX - Cooling Gel Earpads for Sennheiser HD6XX, HD58X & HD600

good news - my new pads arrived safely. pulled off the pads I had replaced from the originals last year and on went the Wicked Cushions which was soooo much easier and safer than the old ones. not having to fiddle around with the cushion guaze was wonderful and the Wickeds popped in first time with a very satisfying and audible snapping sound. these are a little deeper and wider than the replacements I had before so for me that's perfect - my right ear is a little more pokey out then me left and the extra few milimeters really helped with comfort. an unexpected but very welcome change is the sound itself - a little more bass can be heard. very welcome with my HD650's which are known to be quite bass lacking. also delightful with the inclusion of small discount on next purchase and as I am impressed with Wicked I used the discount straight away for a replacement of my Sennheiser PC38x pads and directly from Wicked UK themselves. sure that was p&p to pay but considering they were cheaper to buy direct and the discount given it meant the overall price was less than going the Amazon route. also being able to paypal was wonderful as that is my preffered method of payment. as for how these Wickeds feel - sensational - I love that they are cooler than the previous and they feel a lot more securely attached too. I wish I had done this a year ago!

Very comfortable and cool though it affects the sound quality a tiny bit.

Really easy to install, fits perfectly and feels super comfortable to wear for extended periods of time. I got them to replace the original carpets on my Massdrop HD6XX

These look great,, they are very comfortable and the cooling gel works very nicely and I appreciate the patterned designs. However, unfortunately they change the sound signature of the headphones (HD650 in my case) quite significantly, not by a massive amount but enough to likely be a deal breaker for audiophiles. The integrated foam speaker covers are noticeably thicker than the loose original Sennheiser ones, and as such, sound is a bit more muffled with trebles taking a bit of a hit. If you don't mind that, then these are a great, well made alternative to the Sennheiser originals. Also worth noting is that these will make headphones quite a bit heavier.

While these are definitely more on the expensive side of earpad replacements, in my opinion they are absolutely worth the extra money. They fit perfectly into my Sennheiser 660s, and overall feel much more robust than any of the other ones I've bought previously. Comes highly recommended.

These pads, more precisely the attached inner foam sheets that sit between your ears and the headphone speakers, completely ruin the sound of your expensive audiophile headphones. I bought these despite the warnings in other reviews, thinking, how bad can it be? Those reviews gave 5 stars. But it's bad. Unlistenable. The foam sheet is a lot thicker and denser than the one found in the original HD600, as you can tell by holding them both up to a light. The engineers at Sennheiser knew that you need AIR to correctly transmit sound, especially high frequencies. The foam inside these pads feels like acoustic foam made to absorb sound. I'm over 50 years old and can't hear anything above 13kHz, so these must be rolling off everything starting around 5kHz. Ugh. Two stars instead of one, because they were easy to install, and the pads themselves feel reasonably comfortable enough at first use, although warmer and cheaper feeling than the originals. I'll be cutting out the foam sheet until I find a better solution. For £26 I'm pretty disappointed.

I bought these hoping for more comfort, though they’re hotter and compress the lobe. More concerning, they reduce the mid detail, substantially altering the sound. Bass is emphasised but in a way that makes much valued headphones sound vague and low budget. Will be replacing. Easy installation though

My mass 6XX headphone pads finally split wide open, and these looked like a cool (heh) replacement. Could not be any easier to install... took less than 30 seconds. I feel like these pads are maybe slightly thicker than the stock ones, but I didn't notice much sound change. I don't think they're particularly "cooling", but they don't run hot or make me sweaty or anything. The design is also super cool/retro 90s. Added some new flair to them. In summary, an excellent replacement. Awesome!

Changed the sound of the HD650s quite a bit, making it more muddy. I am 100% sure I applied the earcups correctly. Should be mentioned in the description of the product that this significantly alters the sound signature of the headphones!

Excellent pour remplacer mes mousses qui commençaient à faire de la peine. Attention cependant, habitué au casque pleinement ouvert j'ai remarqué que ça fermait le son un peu plus. Mais je pinaille.

Wicked Cushions are hands down the absolute best headphones cushions on the market. I buy them for all my headphone and currently use them on my Steelseries Arctis Nova Elite and Sennheiser HD600. Completely changes the comfort and experience.

HD 620S no funciona el original tienen diferente fit (bailan sin embonar), tengo otros HD 650, puede que les quede, cuando ocurra. Dejen busco los adecuados.
