Beautiful but flawed
The chair is beautiful and very comfortable. UPDATE: UPDATE: Excitement customer service. They reached out and made it right, wick made me a happy customer. I'm just disappointed that after it was put together, I noticed a huge dent in the fabric making it very loose. It's too much trouble to send it back. I'm sure that this was due to packaging and I wouldn't let my experience deter you from purchasing this beautiful chair. UPDATE: Customer service reached out and made it right. I'm very pleased with the chair and the great customer service .

La silla es de lo mejor, ME ENCANTAAAAA! el asiento es muy cómodo y los materiales son de muy buena calidad, además de que se ve muy linda. Se acabaron mis dolores de espalda, la super recomiendo!. La atención al cliente es excepcional, no podía activar mi garantía en línea y me respondieron super rápido. También ofrecen un regalo de una almohada lumbar, y fueron muy flexibles ofreciendo opciones para poder hacer valida esta promoción aun cuando el envío no aplicaba para México.
