Skin so soft is a staple for many years for me. My mother used to use it and now u use it as a mosquito repellent! It smells good and makes your skin feel so soft.!

Oh my God so I completely forgot about Avon skin so soft. I don’t know what it is about this year, but I am getting obliterated by bug bites of all kinds. It has been so bad this year. I’ve been using this before going outside and it seems to be working really well. I like that. I’m not spraying chemicals on me and it actually helps soften your skin. It’s not really that greasy it absorbs pretty quick. It’s easy to spray on. I’ve been so happy I found this again. I highly recommend it not only for softening your skin, but also keeping bugs away.

I originally got this to keep mosquitoes off of me, unfortunately the mosquitoes still got me. BUT this product smells beautiful, like fresh baby powder! The texture is not oily which I love for an oil lol. I will be using this for the scent and moisture. But I think the price for the size is ridiculously expensive.

I had a very old bottle of SSS for many years that still worked a treat to deter mosquitoes and no-see-ums but sadly it ran out. I bought this as it has "Original" in the name. It goes on much drier than the older formula, which I suppose could be good, given how oily the old formula was. Though I think that was half the deterrent. Anyway it has a brief scent of rubbing alcohol when applying it. The SSS signature scent was much fainter and seemed to wear off faster. Not sure if the little biters care or not. I used it for the first time the other day and got bit twice; not a definitive test so I'll try again.

Smells good and it works

The only reason this isn’t 5 stars is the cost- which I felt was high. Purchased as a safer mosquito repellant. Delivers. Smell is good, not greasy.

Bought this after hearing the it works as midge repellent as I get eaten alive in the summer by them. Typically this year, there’s been a lot less of them so I can’t guarantee that this works. All the same, it smells good and leaves your skin really soft. This bottle was actually bigger than I was expecting so it’ll last a good long while. It absorbed into the skin pretty well for an oil which is pleasing as I didn’t want it staining the car seats.

Love this dry oil spray as not only does it feel good on my skin but deters mosquitoes effectively. Wouldn’t be without it! Good value for money. The fine mist spray means it lasts for ages!

I love this product. Have been using it on and off for some years. It makes your skin so soft. Also good to wear to avoid being bit by mosquitoes and if you are a little chunky around the thigh area it stops the chaffing. Great product
