Timezone can't be changed (if you are [un]lucky to get a signal)
The clock is tuned to DCF77 in Germany and displays Central European time only. Thus there are two problem: 1) it tries to receive very weak signal anywhere but in Germany 2) when it gets the signal it will be CET timezone It's essentially useless.

Not for use in the UK - Only works on CET
This is a very nice looking clock. However, it has one major flaw, it picks up the time signal from Germany not the UK. This means it is always 1 hour fast and there is no way to set a different time zone. No mention is made of this in the description. I tried to manually set the correct time (almost 4 minutes of holding in a tiny button on the back of the clock as the hands advanced 11 hours) only for the clock to automatically pick up another time signal within 2 hours and put itself 1 hour fast again. I would have given this clock 5 stars if it was configured for the UK, but Central European Time is no good for me. Makes me wonder why amazon.co.uk sell this. So time to pick another clock and return this one for a refund.

DO NOT BUY IF IN UK!! SYNCS TO GERMAN TIME
Now struggling to get a refund on this having sent it back to Italy where the return label stated. Do not waste your money. It cost me £9 to return it too. Been an expensive mistake.

This is probably not what you want!
There was no free battery as advertised - but this turned out to be the least of my problems as it only sets to German time with no manual over-ride!! Despite being sold on Amazin UK there is no mention of this. If only I had looked at the previous reviews and not rushed this purchase. Do not buy this for the uk!!!

if you want to know the time in Germany, ...
if you want to know the time in Germany, and only in Germany buy this. You cannot localise the time (unless you are in Germany) which no -one tells you. I sent my back and probably suggest you might as well (unless you live in Germany).
