It definitely works and helps any discomfort right away and throughout the day. I think it speeds up the healing process once your in a situation. I’m not sure it’s a cure all but I find it better than the general big brand competition. That applies for both creams and the pads. The cooling effervescent is not bad. The product is a good value compared to other products on Amazon. I can’t say I’ve tried everything but this is the best thing I’ve tried so far. I would definitely buy again in the future. I haven’t used it in the worse situation yet but I think regardless of your situation this would help. The overall product texture , smell, and feel is more of a cream than an oily or jelly. The product has a minty smell that is preferred over the competition. The product comes in a cardboard box. The ingredient list is fine. I would suggest this product to other people suffering or looking for an alternative. It has a pointy top to puncture the foil top. The cream is a tan color. The ingredients are all natural and typically in the realm of other homeopathic treatments. I was never a fan of the major brands that you see in stores for this. For now ive found something better.

I debated writing a review for this product. I mean who wants to talk about something that goes on your... well you know. But if it could help someone the way it helped me, I had to do it.. So here it goes. I was in some of the worst pain of my life down there. I swear walking and sitting just made my life hell then when it was time for #2... I wanted to die. Tears formed the moment I ate anything because what goes in must come out. I had used a miracle cream before but couldn't find it anywhere anymore. It had been years since I had an issue with what I refer to as a "butt monster". So here I was pleading for some kind of relief from the pain when I came across this product. I felt like I had tried just about everything and nothing took away the pain for more than 5 minutes let alone helped to expel the monster. With nothing to lose I decided to give this cream a try. And FINALLY.... FINALLY there was relief. AMEN!! There was something that seemed to help expel the monster from where he had been reciding for far to long. It didn't fix everything overnight but day by day my life got better. Sitting wasn't that horrible of a task to do and finally after about maybe 5 days it was gone. The monster had left!! Comparing this cream to the one I used before, I liked that it didn't have a greasy texture. It's smooth and creamy, didn't really have a smell that was noticeable and above all.. it worked! I couldn't ask for more. After spending what felt like a small fortune on different hemorrhoid treatments this is going to be my new go to life saver. Because that's how I feel, it saved me from losing my mind. Thank you to the little tube of relief that looks peculiar but worked to save my bum.
