Supports Prenatal Health with Quality Ingredients!
I’ve been taking Seeking Health Optimal Prenatal for my pregnancy support routine and I’m really impressed with the formulation. It contains Vitamin B12, L-Methylfolate, and Choline, which are key nutrients I wanted in a prenatal supplement — and not all prenatals include them in active forms. What I like most: ✔️ Comprehensive nutrient support — especially the methylated folate and B12, which help with energy and overall prenatal wellness. ✔️ Choline included — excellent for brain health support during pregnancy. ✔️ Vegetarian capsules that are easy on my stomach and free from unnecessary additives. ✔️ Large supply — 240 capsules means it lasts through the early months and beyond without frequent repurchasing. These pills are a bit larger than some, but manageable with food. Overall, a high-quality prenatal formula that gives peace of mind and great nutrient coverage — definitely recommend for expectant moms looking for thoughtful, well-rounded support!

I really like these prenatal vitamins
Update: I have continued to take these prenatals postpartum and for another healthy pregnancy! Now I see the label has been modified to state that it is for "healthy fertility, conception, pregnancy and breastfeeding." I have to agree that these seem to be overall great for women during their fertile years. I love these prenatals and I likely won't use any other prenatal for the rest of this season in my life. Not all prenatals are created equal. Personally I believe that quality supplements like this and others are essential. I have been using these for 3 (healthy) pregnancies and initially purchased them because they were recommended by the author of the book of "Real Food for Pregnancy". I appreciate that they contain Methylfolate and are high potency. They are pricey but when comparing them to other prenatal vitamins, they seem to contain much more. I tried other prenatal vitamins for a little while but stuck with these because I felt that I was getting what I was paying for. There are several (8) to take in a day but I noticed that spacing them out during the day (2 - 3 at a time) actually helped me with morning sickness (combined with eating adequate protein). I think that this is because of the Vitamin B6, which I have also seen in other morning sickness products. I didn't notice an increase in energy. Also of note is the fact that they do not contain iron. Personally I do not need iron in a prenatal but I did take other supplements; magnesium/calcium, probiotics and fish oil, etc., in addition to this prenatal. This remains a very solid base prenatal/post-natal supplement for me. If God blesses us with more children I will definitely use these again, as babies and I are all healthy. Granted health is much more than just supplements, but I wouldn't want to use another prenatal if it's working for me. One tip would be to not store these in another pill case for very long. They may develop discoloration (that could possibly be mold?) without the moisture absorber that is included in the bottle. Just a note also that it is not an expiry date on the bottom of the bottle, but rather the date that they were manufactured. These have always seemed very fresh to me.

High quality and no side effects
No digestive discomfort and I've been taking them for about 2 years now. I set them on the table, so I don't forget to take them at each meal. The mental insurance that I can eat sub-par some days and still give my baby everything he needs is priceless. This methylated prenatal is definitely more than others but I think, for the quality, it's worth it!

Disgusting. Just disgusting.
The quantity that needs to be taken is overwhelming. I take this for the MTHFR mutation. On the bottle it says take in separate doses more of an indicator to take it in eight doses which 1 pill at a time. Though on the amazon page it states take three in the morning, two in afternoon and three in evening but not five hours before bed. The taste of these is absolutely wretched. I don't think I can even continue to take these anymore that is how bad the smell and combined taste is. For the high price tag this product is not something I can recommend nor continue to buy. Bad taste, bad smell, large quantity. I had to update that I tried to continue taking these as they are absolutely perfect for mthfr and the bioconverted vitamins. I just cant stomach them. Just the smell makes me want to be sick. I'm not sure how anyone can ignore the smell or taste. I wanted to love these and what I feel is far from it. Sadly for close to $60 a bottle I have so many left. I decided that the batch I took would be the last ones I have to take as I ordered Emerald Labs which is good for MTHFR. IF LESS THAN A STAR WAS AVAILABLE I WOULD RATE THIS A ZERO. this is truly how much I despise these vitamins.

The best prenatal!
This is the best prenatal! It’s sucks eating 8 pills but the nutrients are optimal and bioavailable. I’ve used with the all of my pregnancies. I have 2 beautiful small kids and one on the way. I don’t always eat the best because of nausea/cravings/aversions so this is a good supplement for those moments. I’ve had 3 pregnancies and my nausea with these is rare. I was never one of those people who got sick all the time and clutched the toilet all day. I believe these were the reason. I noticed on days I didn’t take them that I was more tired and nauseous. Your pee will look neon and I wouldn’t take these within 5-6 hours of sleeping. I feel like when I take them too close to sleep they will keep me up all night. Will buy all through my breastfeeding journey again.

Brought Back My Energy and Got Rid of Brain Fog
I started taking these because I've been having trouble getting pregnant again (I'm 36). And while it's only been a month on these and no pregnancy yet, the positive impact these have had on my body is night and day! I had been exhausted for the past year: I was low energy, had frequent brain fog and forgetfulness, and I struggled in the evenings to have energy for my kids. I was already on Vitamin D, CoQ10, and fish oil. But when I started taking these, all that changed. I now feel energetic again, able to take on home projects and be active with my kids. My brain fog is nearly gone. I didn't realize I was so nutrient deficient! I've been on other prenatals that did not impact me so positively. My one reservation is that you have to take 8 of these daily. Even not pregnant, that's a lot to swallow. I take them all at once an hour or two before bedtime because otherwise I'll forget throughout the day. It doesn't impact my sleep negatively at all - it's just mildly annoying to swallow. However, a friend of mine who recommended these said to get the amount of nutrients we need while also using real ingredients, we're going to have to take a higher volume of pills than if they were synthetic since the real ingredients just have more mass than the synthetic. Overall, taking 8 pills daily is worth it considering the huge impact it has had on my energy levels and likely other areas of my health.

Great prenatal vitamins!
These were the only prenatal vitamins I could stomach when pregnant. I tried other brands but this one seemed the best. I was able to keep them down and felt great on them. I’m also using them postpartum and feel great with them!

Too many pills and lacking somewhat!
My wife is pregnant, this is our 3rd pregnancy with first two unsuccessful. Previous pregnancy genetic testing showed 2 heterozygous MTHFR mutations, which severely reduce her ability to convert synthetic folic acid to folate, which is essential during early pregnancy. I went searching for a prenatal that does not have folic acid and has a more bioavailable form of folate (i.e. Quatrefolic in this). I do want to state that I very much appreciate the prenatal without folic acid (some research and certainly a lot of internet gurus say synthetic folic acid makes you feel terrible if you can't properly convert it to folate). Even for women with totally normal MTHFR genetics (most women have some reduced ability to convert folic acid), folate has been shown in studies to be just as good as folic acid, so you are sure to get what you need to avoid NTD. I just wish this product was either more complete for the average woman (DHA, iron), or less intense so it isn't so bad to supplement this with other products. The problem is with early pregnancy nausea and being busy as a public defender, 8 prenatals per serving is insane and not possible for her. So she is eating ~6 of them at once in the morning and complaining about it, and typically forgetting the last two in the evenings. I'm trying not to be the pill enforcer, though have gotten her a massive 7-daily pill organizer to help. Additionally, without DHA, Iron, or enough B6 which is highly recommended for most pregnant women, that adds 3+ additional pills over the old '1-a-day' with DHA. Our doctors recommend higher dosages of B6 with niacin to help with nausea, so I'd rather see this product as 3 pills with 25mg of B6 in each pill as well, to save from having to additionally take more B6 for nausea (or Unison generic also recommended, but I wouldn't want that in here haha). I have not found any studies that show a downside to taking too much B6, and it helps with nausea and is already present in a lower dose, so why not. If this product were either 3 pills per dose, that would correlate with mealtimes, and not be insane. I know more frequent dosing is better for absorption of many vitamins and minerals, especially if eaten with food, but remembering to take pills 8x a day is insane. 3 pills would be 3x that of most prenatals, yet actually possible. That's been our experience, but I do believe this to be a very good product, it is just too hard to keep up with, and I keep hearing the comparison to the old 1-a-day (which I know is inferior in quality and actual contents). I believe the 240 pills is a marketing ploy, and the product would do better to lose some of the fillers and consolidate down to 3 pills/serving. There is certainly some unnecessary stuff in here, yet lacking some necessary things.
