Wonderful! Pain relief at last! I don't know how these toe separators work but I am amazed and delighted with how they have eliminated my bunion pain, both the pain on walking and the excruciating pain I had every evening.I never want to take them off. I wear them in shoes and walk very well with them. I have also worn them in bed at night. Miraculous. Well worth the money.

Excellent product. My husband could hardly walk. His big toe crossed over onto his other toes. We scheduled an appointment with his primary care provider, who obtained a Podiatry referral for six weeks away. So, what do you do in the meantime? I went by old wives’ tales on him, soaked his feet in Epsom salts every third day, and made sure that between his toes were dry after every soaking. I had ordered the toe separator and made sure he wore it every day during his walking hours. Breaks in between, then wear it at bedtime. Finally, after six weeks, he went to the podiatrist. He told the podiatrist what we did and that he could walk again without extreme pain. We expect her to say he needed to have an operation. She told him to keep up the home treatment. We can honestly see a difference in the separation of the toes. Hooray, no operation. I also purchased him a great pair of walking shoes. He is walking without pain at 81.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: This is very comfortable to wear all day, and keeps my big toe from pressing onto my other toes and making my bunion worse, but I wish it were either firmer or thicker. My bunions on both feet are happy enough with these in play, but my left foot could use a teeny bit more spacing than this provides. If they had a firmer version I would buy that.

These gel separators are soft and easy to use. Yes, you can use them with your shoes on. Helps with pain.

Seems to work well in helping to correct problem with my big toe crossing over my other toe. Fits well on the smaller toe and feels comfortable.
