Brilliant. Our dishwasher had not worked properly for ages, it wasn’t cleaning stuff well at all and we were having to pre rinse/pre scrub everything before it went in. After some research online, it was suggested that if the arms were split that the water pressure wouldn’t be high enough to clean the dishes properly. I took both upper and lower arms off to find the upper one was literally falling apart, it was almost in two and the lower arm had a huge split down the side of it. I noted down the model number which was just inside the dishwasher door at the side and matched it with the products on Amazon, ordered Friday and both arrived the following day. For a dishwasher that I thought I was going to have to replace for £300+ I now have a fully functioning dishwasher again for under £20 for both parts! Very happy indeed!

I very rarely leave negative reviews, but this one has potentially saved other people a lot of time and money. My old Beko dishwasher had started cleaning poorly because both spray arms had developed splits. I bought this replacement as it was stated to be a Beko branded part, fitted it, and assumed the job was done. Instead, the dishwasher's cleaning performance became even worse. After weeks of fault-finding, I discovered the upper spray arm wasn't rotating at all. I genuinely thought the dishwasher itself had failed and started researching and pricing up replacement machines, convinced I was facing a bill of several hundred pounds. Before giving up, I noticed something odd. This upper spray arm didn't spin freely by hand, only a few rotations. Compared with the lower arm, it had significantly more resistance and came to a more abrupt stop. As a last throw of the dice, I ordered another upper spray arm from a specialist appliance spares retailer that guaranteed it was the exact genuine Beko part for my specific model. The difference was immediate. It spun freely straight out of the box, the upper spray arm started rotating properly during the wash, and my dishwasher now cleans like new again. Whether the item I received was defective, incorrectly manufactured or simply poor quality, I can't say. What I can say is that it very nearly led me to replace an otherwise perfectly good dishwasher. My advice would be to buy this type of part from a dedicated appliance spares specialist rather than here. In my case, it was worth paying slightly more to avoid being held to "ransom" ;-) by a faulty replacement part.

This is an original spare part shipped from Germany. The seal had gone on our original arm but as I couldn't source just the seal, had to buy the whole arm. However the price was very reasonable but it unfortunately hasn't fixed our problem with our Grundig dishwasher so engineer now booked.

Sehr toll. Ist etwas breiter als das letzte Teil (Originalteil), aber positiv! Schnelle Lieferung. Leicht zum Installieren und funktioniert einwandfrei!
