Prime Natural Breathe Essential Oil Blend 4oz - Pure, Undiluted Therapeutic Grade for Aromatherapy, Scents & Diffuser - Sinus Relief, Allergy, Congestion, Cold, Cough, Headache

I'm an essential oil beginner so I bought this blend instead of trying to make my own. My husband suffers from seasonal allergies. It's bad enough that if he stays outside for just ten minutes, he's sneezing, congested, teary-eyed. I like hiking with him so you can say I was slightly motivated by selfishness when I searched for a solution for him :) The first time he used it, he dabbed it under his nose neat (without carrier oil) every 10 - 15 minutes or so and was able to last almost an hour without suffering any allergy symptoms. But they still did show up eventually. Not sure if it was because he needed to reapply more often or if he maybe breathed too much through his mouth. He doesn't have sensitive skin so he didn't need a carrier oil and I had read a couple reviews here that said they'd dabbed it neat as well, with no issues. For the second time, I decided to make my own nasal spray. You can search on Amazon for amber or blue glass nasal sprayers; most are 2oz. I used 2 pinches of himalayan pink salt (ground very, very fine), 1 drop of vegetable glycerine, 4 drops of Breathe, 2 drops of Ravensara EO, 2 drops of Marjoram EO, 1 drop Eucalyptus EO, and 1 drop of Peppermint EO. Then I filled up the rest of the bottle with distilled water and shook. All of these additional EO's can be purchased on Amazon. The himalayan salt and vegetable glycerine are emulsifiers; glycerine is also helpful as a moisturizer. Ravensara EO is in DoTerra's Breathe blend, and I read Marjoram is also great for respiratory issues. You can do your own research and decide which additional EO's to use or if you just want to use this Breathe blend (if only using Breathe, you may need more drops of it). But this worked for us. It was AMAZING! The whole time we were outside hiking, surrounded by tons of plants and their pesky pollen, my husband had no allergy symptoms at all. We were out there almost two hours and I feel confident that if we'd stayed out longer he would've still been fine. He sprayed as needed, whenever he started to feel symptoms coming on. I would say he probably sprayed every 30 minutes or so. Everyone is different--just see what works for you! This works for us and is a lifesaver, but I feel I have to say that I'm not a medical professional and that it's a good idea to do your own research regarding EO's, not just their uses but also which brands are good. I wish Prime Natural sold more EO's and not just blends--this one is wonderful.

I purchased this based on a review of a gentleman who had a friend that had trouble breathing. His story touched me and made me believe wholeheartedly that he was telling the truth about this product. So after reading a few more reviews and going back to his, I purchased the oil. I was so excited to get it just a couple of days after I receive my diffuser which I just love by the way :-) . So I was using this in my living room but my living room is really large with high ceilings so I might just need a larger diffuser. However, in the evening I bring the diffuser in my room and set it beside my bed, on my bed stand. I set the blue light on low and I'm not kidding you, I have slept three nights in a row all night long! I have not woken up once during the night! That hasn't happened to me three years. To wake up and see the sunshine in my room Is so new to me! Normally I wake up more than several times a night. This oil AIDS in breathing, that's what it's made for which is so important but it also must have oils that aid in relaxing you too as it does me! It's amazing! And the scent is luscious! I absolutely love it! I can't say enough about this essential oil. I am so thankful to the gentleman who wrote the review and to this company for bringing us these oils It's much less expensive than the competitor that most of us really can't afford when purchasing frequently. It comes with a plastic piece on the top when you open it, that has a little hole in the top so when you pour it in you just get one drop at a time as opposed to needing a dropper. Since you only need a few drops in your diffuser, this should last quite some time. Well as you can see I love this and I plan on purchasing more! I want to buy more of this oil but I also am interested in trying their other oils.

Perfect for cold season to ease sinus discomfort.

I was looking for a specific kind and I couldn’t find it anywhere on Amazon.. trying this right now.. it’s really strong that’s for sure.. I just think the other one was more what I was looking for as the scent was softer yet had an amazing effect for sure! If they added Naiouli to this.. it would be a 5 star. Only 3 stars today.. can’t seem to find these same ingredients with Naiouli ~Please make some.. and I would buy again.. Breathe-Easy with the Naiouli is my favorite and I can’t seem to find it.. ??

I have to admit, I have not put this in my diffuser as of yet. I have very bad breathing issues sometimes to the point of chest pain, pressure, and not being able to speak. And constantly having to clear my throat that I know it annoys others. After several trips to ER, and lots of tests there has been no conclusion as to why or what's going on. I purchased this and dab it directly onto my skin just under my nose when my issues act up. It opens me right up like turning on a light bulb. Putting a few drops in my diffuser would probably clear the house, but in a pinch, "a little dab will do ya" (lol) It's refreshing, soothing, and calming. And I can breathe! To sum it up.... it works!

I've always had problems when it comes to breathing at night. My nasal passages just seem to swell and close up. Several months back a friend suggested I try Doterra EO Breathe in a diffuser. I did and I immediately fell in love because my airways were now open at night. The one problem with Doterra (for me) was the price tag. I didn't want to have to continue shelling out that kind of money. However, I was also really nervous about spending money on an unknown company on Amazon because so many reviews say that the oils are either a cheap knockoff, not as potent, etc. When I got close to empty in my Doterra Breathe, I took a gamble and decided to try Prime Natural Breathe Blend. I figured if it didn't work, I still had enough of the Doterra to last me until I could order another one. Within 2 days, PN Breathe arrived. The first thing I did was a smell test. I compared the two oils. While there IS a slight difference between them, you can tell the Oils are similar and (to me) the PN seemed just as potent at the Doterra. I tried it a few nights in my diffuser and I was quite pleased to discover it has the same effect on my nasal passages. It opens them up and I can breathe well all night long. My 10mL bottle is now almost empty and I just purchased the PN 30mL bottle (twice the size of my Doterra bottle for $10 less!) I'm quite pleased and will continue to buy this oil. Many thanks!

I like it but I expected the scent to be stronger.

What a pleasant surprise to find this oil. It smells almost exactly like the oil I used to pay $25 for 10ml. (doTera's Breathe). I was further thrilled to discover the triple sized 1oz(30ml) bottle was less than twice the price of a 10ml. WOW! 3x the product for less than 2x the cost! I used it in my CPAP (sleep apnea) machine that night for the first time in months and was so very impressed with the quality. By the way- CPAP users- if you don't have a water tank on your machine (or even if you do) place a few drops on the air intake filter on the back of your machine to reap the benefits of this incredible product. I'm thrilled about my latest Amazon find. Thanx for reading. UPDATE: After reading my review, I thought I should sharpen a few points. I place about 10 drops (I like it strong) in the water chamber alone without water. Or on some nights I'll freeze a 1/4" of water in the bottom of the chamber then add the drops of oil. As I prefer to breathe cooler air versus warm, this does the job. Putting drops on the air intake filter (don't forget to clean yours!) isn't neccesary this way. Using this amount I still get a little over 2 months from the 30ml bottle. This is STILL the best value by far that I've found. Hope this helps. Again, thanx for reading.
