This is a fabulous gimbal! The AI tracking sticks to your target like glue and the ability to use hand signals for tracking and framing is a real plus for the solo creator. I also love removable remote control. It allows you to step away from the gimbal and still make changes to composition, zoom or snap a photo. The screen on the remote is on the small size but I still find it functional and useful in certain situations. The website has all the tutorials you need to get you going quickly. Now, I did have a problem updating the firmware on the first gimbal I received. But, the Hohem technical support was fabulous. I didn’t have to waste a lot of time on the phone with automated assistants. I got a live person in less than 2 minutes. I explained the problem & I was encouraged to exchange or return the product as it was defective. I received a replacement the next day thru Amazon. I did have to call technical support with a question and received the same great service & easy access.

This is my first gimbal, when it arrived I noticed it lagged at times, vibrations in the handle, but without a reference I thought that’s just how they are, it was subtle and intermittent. Then the remote camera twisted 90 degrees for no reason, and the AI wouldn’t track when it thinks your sideways.I called their customer service line, they sent me a new one. It’s SO smooth in comparison. It’s working great. I give 5 stars because, nothing perfect in this world, but this company owned their mistake. This thing’s awesome, we market our business, and it’s nice having a “camera man” when you need it.Gimbals take practice —more than I thought —but you will likely be very happy with this purchase. My wife and I are very happy with it.

07-22-25 Update: Ive taken very good care of this Gimbal and just randomly today one of the motors stopped working properly. It keeps getting really hot and turns off. It doesn't swivel smoothly and shows it very unbalanced for the roll one motor and it gets caught up. Everything is unlocked and used like before. I just don't trust this Gimbal anymore. Now Im out of the return window.Update : The company and seller reached out to me and went above and beyond to rectify the situation. Im sure it was just a very unlikely mistake that they sent a used item. Rest assured that this company will take care of any issues you my encounter.Also this is the best Phone Gimbal released at the time of writing this. Blows the DJI Osmo 7P out of the water. Yes it costs more but is well worth every penny!Great Gimbal but terrible quality control at the factory. I bought this new and got a used item missing the cables and warranty card! Very disappointed. Be cautious from this seller. You may get a used item.

The media could not be loaded. are you tired of shaky content I love this Hoham M7. I love to have it on my desk and into tracking to make much better looking content I use it for exercise content. I use it for shooting my dog in outside for her videos. It is great. They have a smaller compact easier to use version also. But if you need a professional good with a remote that has a small screen on it so that you can see when you’re using your back camera and you can adjust and move it. Setup was a breeze - literally had it unboxed, phone mounted, app downloaded, and ready to roll in under 5 minutes.Yeah, it's expensive, but once you start using it you'll see why. The removable remote and tracking features are absolute game-changers. I love how lightweight it is, and the auto-balancing for different phone orientations (including wide-angle) just works seamlessly. Nice touch including both USB-A and USB-C charging cables too.One quirk that threw me off at first - it shuts down after about a minute if something's wrong. Turns out this is normal for most gimbals when the motors are stressed (usually from locked arms or poor phone placement). The LED display helps you get the balance right, so it's not really an issue once you know what's happening.The case is surprisingly nice - custom fit with the model logo. Looks pretty slick. This thing is amazing! A bit of a learning curve for me but im thrilled I finally bought it.

I took a chance on this being simple enough for me. IT IS. I'm quite happy with this gimbal and am enjoying using it and its' features in my video recording.
