Trying to find the appropriate size for a 25 pound dog. Only available sizes are small or large- not sure how big they are. Suggestions please...

I would get the small size for your 25 pound dog. The large works great for our 87 pound grand dog but I think would be too challenging for a 25 pound dog. These toys are very sturdy!

Do the two different sizes have different size openings and can fit siffeeent size treats? The denta stick is extremely hard to get into the small.

Yes, the two sizes do have different size openings. The small Qwizl can has an opening that can accommodate approximately 1/2" or smaller treat and the large Qwizl can accommodate approximately 3/4" treat.

is this better then the kong? My dog takes 10 minutes to get the treat from the kong

Yes - 10 times better. Our lab can easily get treats out of the Kong (5-10 minutes). Our lab is still working on getting treats out of this toy.

Does the larger size toy have a larger hole? Bully sticks seem to get stuck in the smaller size. Thank you!

The holes are pretty small. I like it that way though, since my dog stays occupied longer while trying to get the treat out!
