This super powerful ultrasonic cleaner works very well with 48khzs of power! I love that you only have to put in tap water and it just cleans it off! The cleaning power is phenomenal. I’ve used it on jewelry, eyeglasses, and small tools, and every item came out sparkling clean without any manual scrubbing. This is a nice unit and does a great job! Unfortunately, after about two months, it suddenly stopped working, and I assumed I would have to pitch it out and buy another one. The digital display malfunctioned and probably the chip inside as sometimes happens with electronics! But I contacted their hearing aid customer service, and they were amazing! Quick to respond and quick to replace the unit. I would trust this company to care for its customers based on my experience!

Product works great, but only for a short time. if you try to contact them to get a replacement product they will not respond. Registering for the lifetime warranty makes no difference, they will now reply to warranty claims either. Purchased 3 and they all quit working shortly after the amazon return period closes.

Smart buy!! Deep cleans my glasses in the spaces you cant normally reach. Simple to use. Bought 3 more for other individuals i know. No complaints.

Have a huge version and wanted something small and more practical and this has been great. Only reason for 4 stars is every now and then it'll stop and have to be restarted but besides that its been great

Some of my sterling silver bracelets were severely tarnished. It took a couple of rounds of cleaning, but the grime and discoloration actually disappeared. Easy to use; I’d recommend adding dish detergent to the water.

Good until it wasn’t. Used this a couple times when i first received it and worked fine. Just plugged it in to clean my son’s chain and it is not vibrating/working. Disappointed to say the least.

the limitations of this cleaner cannot be emphasised. The cleaner has limitations in that it docent clean if you don't recycle that is turn on again.
