These chairs were honestly a 10/10 for both me and my clients! They’re extremely comfortable and fit the aesthetic I was going for in my salon perfectly. One of my favorite features is the reclining back and adjustable headrest. My clients were able to actually lay back, get comfortable, and relax while receiving longer services. As a stylist, I loved it too because the positioning made it much easier for me to reach and work on the top of my clients’ heads — which is definitely a plus when you’re a short girlie like me! 😂 The chairs also feel sturdy, look beautiful in the salon, and the assembly instructions were straightforward and easy to understand. Overall, I was extremely happy with this purchase. The chairs gave me the look I wanted without sacrificing my clients’ comfort or making my job harder. My clients loved them, I loved working with them, and I would absolutely recommend them to other salon owners and stylists.

I am very satisfied with this barber chair. It looks elegant, is comfortable, and feels very high quality. The hydraulic pump works perfectly and makes it easy to adjust the height. I also love that it rotates 360 degrees and reclines, which makes it very convenient to use while working. It feels sturdy and stable. Definitely an excellent purchase, and I highly recommend it for any salon or barbershop.

I love this chair and so do my clients. It’s beautiful and very strong. It’s comfortable and can accommodate very heavy and tall people. The chair doesn’t wobble even when reclined!! I was so excited that the chair arrived earlier than expected. I watched the videos to see what tools were recommended, they recommended using a drill to tighten the bolts. It was fairly easy to put together but use care after installing the chair back don’t tighten the middle bolt or 2little screws yet. To install the gas pump attach the first end then when you get to the other side it will not fit don’t touch any screws on the gas pump!!! Instead move the chair back until you get the correct position and the gas pump will fall in place. Attach and tighten all screws and bolts. My chair didn’t work because I adjusted the screws on the air pump. I contacted the company they responded very quickly to address my issue. They offered some solutions to help me and requested videos so they could determine the problem. I watched videos and read solutions and I was able to correctly install my chair. The company’s customer service was excellent they truly stood by their product and cared that they make the consumer happy and satisfied. I would definitely recommend this chair!! If it doesn’t work it’s probably not installed correctly and not the company’s fault but contact them and they’ll offer a solution.

I was a nervous buying this because reviews are a little mixed. Here’s the good and bad. It came quicker than it said and right before delivery the seller emailed me links to additional videos and diagrams to help me assemble it. We didn’t need them though, I think It was pretty straight forward. Though I did grab some tools from my garage, an electric screwdriver and some wrenches. Some reviews mentioned rusted bolts. They address this on the very first page. The chair comes from overseas and sometimes they will rust from the shipping process but they offer to replace them if you need. Mine weren’t rusted though. One bolt was put in cockeyed and seemed a little stripped. My husband was able to deal with it, without him I would have had a problem though. So fixable if you know your way around stuff I guess. It felt a little unstable when we first put it on the pump stand but after a few uses it seems to have settled and feels more secure. I’m 5’7 and at its lowest it seems a little tall. I kept trying to lower it during a client today without thinking. So if you’re short I wouldn’t buy this chair. It also pumps a credible high, like scary high. The reclining feature is cool but I haven’t needed to use it yet. It seemed good when I first tried it. It’s a firm seat but I think it’ll probably break in after a while. The vinyl is matte not shiny, I had Hair oil on my hands and it left quite a few fingerprints but cleaned off pretty easily. The base is a bit small in my opinion but I don’t Think it’ll be too much of a problem. Everything seems stitched pretty well, staples could be a little better hidden but nothing awful. I cant Speak to the longevity of the chair yet but so far so good. I would Buy it again after seeing it. It’s not the highest quality but I think It’s worth what I paid.

Nice looking chair. However there was a problem assembling the chair. The L brackets when put on made the screws to short to tighten in. Three of the eight hole the nut in the seat was set too deep. This caused the screws not to catch. Not to mention directions said the gas lift attached to the base metal plate should be do with a Shear pin locker. That part was not there. So after two days I am still not complete this simple assembly.

I’m really happy with this braiding chair! It was very easy to put together and the instructions were simple to follow. I didn’t run into many problems during the setup process at all. The chair feels sturdy, looks great in my area, and is comfortable as well. I also want to mention that the customer service was amazing. They were very attentive whenever I had questions or needed help and responded quickly to my messages. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this chair to other braiders/barbers or salon owners! Ps- I built mine incorrectly simply by trying to do it without watching the “How To” videos lol🤣😩 but it’s an easy fix I’ll be fixing it tomorrow

Loveeee this chair. It honestly looked even better in person than I expected. The size is perfect and works for clients of all body types, plus it goes up really high which I love. The recline feature is hands down my favorite part—perfect for clients who like to relax or get sleepy during appointments. Assembly was easy, instructions were clear, and it took about 45 minutes. I got the matte black color and it instantly made my studio look cleaner and more professional. The chair feels sturdy, well-made, and definitely worth the money. It also arrived earlier than expected, which was a huge plus. If you’re thinking about buying it, do it, you won’t be disappointed.
